En general la calidad del hotel es buena considerando calidad-precio. Solo recomendaría que la atención del personal fuera mejor, ya que nos negaron el servicio de alimentos(mesera y cheff)en al área de alberca del Family -selection a las 5:20 pm, siendo que el servicio termina a las 6:00 de la tarde, hasta que el mesero Carlos escucho el tema y el muy amablemente nos atendió y nos llevó de comer . De verdad creo que son detalles que arruinan el trabajo de todos los demás, si no fuera por el mesero Carlos mi satisfacción hubiera sido muy mala, pero gracias a ese tipo de trabajadores que salvan a todo!! Felicidades Carlos de área de alberca

This property is the most awful place. They haggle you for everything. The pool is small. The bed is very uncomfortable. Sheets are changed every 3-4 days. We’re so disappointed! Expedia shouldn’t offer this resort as a 7.2. I would be generous to give them a 2.

Think time share for locals. Not close to any city site seeing. We asked about a taxi and was told”it’s mostly safe”. I was initially bugged as soon as I got there to sit and buy in a time share. DO NOT BOOK THIS RESORT!!!!!!! We stayed here in March and I’m still angry at how horrible it was. - smelled like sewage everywhere - food was disgusting - rooms dirty and not worth the nightly rate - the beach is rocky and crowded; not enough palapa’s. I don’t think there was a single lounger This resort is a waste of your hard earned money. Stay at the Iberostar or somewhere else. I wish I read the reviews better before we booked.

There are a lot of stairs, so be prepared for a daily workout. There is a lot of wildlife in the area so very cool to see the variety of birds and animals. There are a lot of very large cockroaches that do make their way into the room, so be sure to keep your suitcases up and closed. Overall though the place is great, with decent amenities. Great for one week or less.

The staff and food were great! Nice swimmable beach. Rooms were clean. Lots of stairs and no elevators which is fine but be aware if that’s an issue for you. The daily timeshare/massage push was annoying.
