Ou room had no heat. Only ice cold air blew out of the heater plus our window woukd not close. They gave us a handicap room where the shower nozzle just hung down and spewed water all over the bathroom

I try very hard to give places grace and understanding, but having bed bugs in your room is unacceptable. After discovering the bed bugs and the bites in my son’s arms, we were moved to another room. After walking into the room, the foul stench of rotten fruit assaulted our nostrils. The floor was also moist and the water to the toilet was shut off. When we were moved to another room, we found the furniture had been duck taped to keep the drawers closed. We did thoroughly inspect the beds to make sure there were no bed bugs in that room. Had it not been so late, we would have switched hotels. Finally after all the switches, we finally made it to bed around 1 in the morning. In the morning I was told I would need to call Expedia to get a refund. When Expedia tried to call, I was met with our phone is running out of battery, and I can’t take their call. I do realize this is not a front desk issue, but a management issue. Sam at the front desk did her best to help us out in this situation. Now waiting for the reversal of our security deposit, but hopes are not high, since I was “erased” from the system. Thank you Expedia for helping with this hotel. Run… do walk from this hotel!

We could hear water dripping and saw drops coming through the ceiling over the tub. We reported it, they switched us to another room where the beds were made and the bathroom seemed to be clean but there was a dirty napkin and remnants of food on the floor, and the nightstand was dirty. I notified the agent at the desk in the morning and it seemed that the leak had not been reported. Won't stay again.

Unit was dirty and smelled like mold. Black mold around edges of tub, bathroom smelled like urine, bathroom walls were stained. Sheets/blankets smelled unclean/stale. Toilet had mold forming along edges and orange mold/mildew along rim of seat. I could not find a front desk attendant to switch my room out. Very unhappy. Would not reccomend

Stayed overnight. Areas of the room were stained, surfaces weren’t really cleaned and the mini fridge was gross inside. I also think I smelled pot stepping out of my room. Smoking and vaping is illegal indoors? Otherwise the bed was comfy and the lady at the desk was friendly.

I got bed bug bites from my stay here!! On top of that I had to ask for house keeping twice before it was done and got blankets with 10 inch cuts in them. The replacement blankets had tons of stains. I tried calling 3 days in a row to get a refund and management has yet to get back to me!! Never staying here again.

Property was okay. The trolley cart was a bit challenging to manage and seems like only 1 was available. The door was a little challenge to open, having to yank on the handle. Worked fine for one evening but not sure we would repeat at this one. Sheets had some stains on them and some other things dated.
