The property was very understaffed. When I arrived they literally only had one employee working the front desk. That employee also had to drive the shuttle van. Credit where credit is due, she worked very hard. The property had plenty of problems. The area it's located in was rough and chaotic. Homeless and transient people congregated and loitered near the hotel and in its parking lot. Throughout the night, I could hear people engaging in loud disputes. The odor of both pot and cigarette smoke often seeped through into my room. The level of cleanliness of my room and the property was questionable. My room door didn't lock automatically and it would only lock if you tapped your door card outside again.

This was a dive. There was trash in piles around the property. The room smelled and had small flies. There were random people lingering throughout the property. I was given a room that was occupied initially. The breakfast was waffles but little else. The airport shuttle must be reserved 8 hours in advance but that is only named on a small sign at check-in.

it was fine, mostly. the desk folks tried and mostly accommodated my requests as best they could, but the property itself wasn't what I had hoped for. terrible part of town, scary people in the parking lot and around the property : really great shuttle service : the early morning driver was amazing! the bed was very good, bathroom adequate, and the room didn't let a lot of outside noise (sirens, etc.) in. there was no guest laundry : they said they're 'working on it.'

Never again. Terrible neighborhood. Property is filthy with trash all over. Homeless in the back parking lot with a barking dog tied up. Just dont book here...

One night stay close to airport
The hotel itself on the exterior and interior are nice although the neighborhood is shady with prostitutes walking around the neighborhood and at street lights. The hotel is close to the airport which is key for travelers. The room was only provided 2 towels and wash cloths with one hand towel. Most hotels provide 2 per person. The bed was ok but also only 2 smaller pillows per person. Would be better with 2 bigger pillows or 3 pillows. There's a frig and coffee maker in the but no microwave. Breakfast looks good. The continental breakfast is free with fruits, bagels & cream cheese, cereal, self made waffles, yogurt and coffee.

Continental breakfast was well set up, w/ wide window of time (6 to 9:30am) to partake! Parking set-up can be a bit far from room, if arriving later (8pm), as we did. Overall, an excellent value accomodation, in a wonderfully convenient location!

Located in a bad neighborhood. Felt unsafe due to the the low life appearing people in the area. The seven-eleven store and the pizza place next door were full of people I would describe as hoodlums or drug users and homeless.
