The room was really great. The staff make a lot of effort to make things convenient for you. Everything about the room was great and I wished I could have stayed longer. The neighborhood felt safe and a very walkable distance to shops and to Providence Park.

When we got to the Hotel deLuxe and looked around the lobby, we felt like we were transported back to a different era. Then we went up to our room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and decorated to fit their theme. It was very well done.

I don't know how this hotel is rated 4 star. It felt like a 3 star hotel at best. And that's being generous. Some of the staff were very nice and helpful, while some couldn't be bothered to do anything more than minimal work. The rooms were also tiny compared to any hotel that I've ever stayed at.
