The property was in the middle of renovation but our room was unacceptable, duct tape on the shower walls holding up surround, terrible paint job, stains on bathroom floor. When we arrived for complementary breakfast, eggs were gone and apparently no plan to replenish.

Comfortable stay

Quite a comfortable stay in comfortable surroundings. Staff was very friendly, and I felt the breakfast next morning was pretty decent.

Honestly speaking if I could have received a refund, I would have stayed elsewhere this property claimed they were renovating I never seen anything being fixed I had a room where the lamps where broken the sofa was stained up and the beds as well. the only thing renovated was the floors it felt better to sleep on the floor then the bed. And to claim being a Marriot hotel I mean I have never stayed at a Marriot that looked like this. Stay far away if you can, and if you do stay here do not use the pool it does not have a filtration system the water is just sitting there, and it is not clean. just a poor excuse for a hotel. Not to mention you literally have to wait 20 minutes for the water to get hot and there were also stains on the roof and in the ceiling light fixtures of leaks from the floor above. No safe in the room and there were no safety locks on the doors they were broken off.

The staff was nice but it was far from clean, the pool was frigid, the hot tub wasn’t hot, and the pool surrounding floor was so slippery it was dangerous. The staff was nice but the rooms were not great (floor in the room is not carpet and the hard surface was not clean and the walls were all scuffed up and there was barely any light) and I would not stay there again. We also left a day early

There were no towels for our room. The person who checked us in didn’t know what he was doing. Our bathroom fixtures were broken and fell off the wall. The phone in our room didn’t work. The pool didn’t work the first day. The second day the pool was open but no towels and issues with the door. The breakfast had a good selection and the lady was very nice. She was the only staff member that gave us good customer service. The ability to change the room temperature was good and made it so we were comfortable.

The power went out for a little bit. But staff helped. When there were no towels in pool area they gave some to us. Hot tub was not as hot as I'd like it to be. Overall it was a good stay.

It was great that we could get 2 queen beds plus a sofa sleeper as we had a family of five. The room was clean however the bathtub had stains that made it appear as if it were dirty. The walls in the bathroom had bubbled and peeling paint. Bad paint job? Too much moisture in the bathroom? Breakfast had a good selection of options including small quiches which I had not seen before with this type of breakfast. The staff was pleasant and efficient. This as a good stop for a quick overnight stay. I would stay here again.
