If being close to Old Town is your objective, then this is the location. However this is NOT a resort. It is an outdated apartment located in another companies apartment complex. The Meridian never communicated that until our day of arrival. Our unit was directly above where the garbage truck picked up the complex’s garbage. There was a loud buzzing noise most days coming from that area. A lot of garbage was left right at the garage entry/exit area. Our unit faced other units with zero sunshine. Pool area was not conveniently located and also got zero sunshine. Artificial turf area was used for dogs and there was a lot of dog poo that was not cleaned up. The online pictures were nothing like our unit. Very deceiving. As stated, it was close to Old Town

The professional communication was excellent. The place is nice and well equipped. You are close to an airport so you do hear the jets but overall I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Nice gym!

I was not the usual guest and the team did everything possible to make it a great stay. I will definitely return! FYI, deliveries and uber/lyft/cabs can only find the leasing office but that should not deter you one bit. You can give directions or meet them at the office. Worth every penny!

Great place!! Would stay again! Had 2 bedrooms not one great bucket of treats and wine and water in frig! Clean and very quiet! Only problem was finding it at night 2 ways into property and you could not see the building numbers or the parking spot number. Thank goodness someone left a little cube car in the other parking spot and we could find that after we drove around for about 10 minutes someway that they need to be illuminated! I had to go to the business office and they were so nice. I needed some business papers to be printed and they did that no charge just so very very nice.

The property had plenty of space, it was actually 3 bedrooms instead of the 2 that I was expecting. The biggest issue is that Expedia shows the property location based on the condo "Office" which is in the area where I wanted to stay. The condo that I was assigned was 8 miles Northeast of the office location making everything further away than I was expecting. Every trip in an out of the condo was made longer due to the location issue. Also, the air conditioning worked but is extremely loud when running, there was a leaky toilet that had to refill itself every 10 minutes or so in the master ensuite and in general the bathroom fixtures were unprofessionally installed causing minor inconvenience. In a regular hotel I would have asked for the toilet issue to be addressed by their maintenance team, but I didn't expect that sort of service in this case.

Great place! Great amenities! The only reason we left the property was because it was our first time in Arizona so we wanted to sightsee, otherwise we would have been fine just staying there. Not to mention it being walking distance from the best places to eat and shop! Definitely worth revisiting!

The property was super convenient with kitchen and two bedrooms. Looking for the pool was cumbersome. Looking for the location was tough especially at night. Hvac was a little loud. The bed was super comfy and I almost felt like the pillows had different firmness. Bed was very comfy and slept better than at home.
