Enjoy this beautifully remodeled private guest home with its modern historic charm. The casita has it's own locked entrance, private front patio with sitting area with lounge area. Separate bedroom has comfy queen size bed with high quality linens, pillows and down comforter, pendant reading lights, closet for additional storage, and attached bathroom with subway and penny tile tub/shower, and lots of natural light (blackout drapes).

Open kitchen/living space features dining area, couch that folds down to additional full-size bed, a large flat screen smart tv equipped with Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, and ESPN+ along with high speed Wifi. Black framed windows and black hardware throughout, beautiful industrial lighting with filament bulbs, modern wood tile floor, white cabinets with beautiful grey quartz countertops, industrial farmhouse design with industrial elements. Plenty of room for parking and a short walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, bike path, and the light rail that can take you to Sky Harbor Airport, downtown Phoenix, and Tempe. It's very conveniently located in the Melrose Historic District in Central Phoenix. Lots of great restaurants, golf courses and hiking nearby. Only a 20 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale. Perfect for a couples' getaway or someone working in the area for a while!

Should you need more space for your group, there is also a separate beautiful 1800 sq ft house on the property that can be rented--featuring an open floor plan with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and large dining area and eat-at island. Note, these have completely separate entrances, separate trash, separate parking and the backyard is not shared unless both are rented by the same party.

We chose this location because it was a mile from our family. It was perfect. Lovely space, bed was very comfortable, kitchen was supplied with all needed dishes/utensils, close to restaurants, grocery, and access to main streets. Quiet neighborhood. Off-street parking. Communication with owner was incredibly reliable and friendly-checking in for comfort and if we needed anything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights in Phoenix. The location is super. If you would like to use public transportation the rail station is very close by. The unit is exactly as described. We normally don’t cook while on vacation, but it looked like kitchen is stocked whatever you need to prepare a meal. Checking in was so easy. I love having a keypad. It’s so much easier than keyed doors. Also highly recommend Joe’s Diner for breakfast ( within walking distance) Highly recommend.

Great Time In Phoenix
The property was just as described in the listing. It was clean, comfortable, and I felt safe at the location. The owners communicated throughout my stay to check if everything was going well. I would definitely stay at this location again and if I am traveling on the West Coast again I’d also look up their other properties. Having a comfortable home base for a week while in Phoenix made my trip so enjoyable. Thanks again to the owners for opening your space.

Our family stayed at the casita when moving my daughter into college. It was a well appointed space and met all the needs we had. The property managers were responsive and the check in process was simple. My only suggestion might be for a more comfortable bed, although I know beds can be subjective.

A wonderful place for an extended stay. Location is close to everything (Spring training, parks, restaurants, the train) and extremely easy to get to. House was exactly as pictured and described online and owners were extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Phoenix.

Great rental!
I really enjoyed this rental, as it was my first time in Arizona, it was very central to many places and if they weren’t nearby there was public transit to get you around. The casita was very aesthetically pleasing as well however when renting the casita you should know more likely than not there will be someone renting the main house which gets access to the backyard and pool. Just expect to be friendly!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this casita. Very clean, appears as it is pictured on the website ( but somewhat smaller than pictures indicate), but not disappointed. Location is great for the Phoenix and surrounding communities. Host was very available to answer any questions we had. Great for 2. Neighborhood very quiet and friendly, a real plus for a visitor.
