Only one paper cup in room. No water bottles (free or for sale). Pool closed/out of order. computer in business room out of order. couple screaming and cursing at eachother in next room. could hear in my room. front desk staff very friendly and polite.

I liked that the place was fairly clean. I disliked that my room didnt have trash can liners in them and that there was old trash left behind. (Someone's juice bottle)

They were an hour late for check in because thr room was not ready and then they tried to downgrade me to a room less expensive with no credit. At over $1,000 a night, the room should be ready at check in. I had to ask a lot and be assertive to get the room. Then the room was on the 3rd floor with workers on the stairs outside my window. I had no privacy and could not open the window to look up.
