Wasnt happy with the hair in the shower. The thermostat doesnt let you control the fan. It turns off every 5mins if youre not constantly moving. Hallways are dark and smelly. Not likely to stay again. Front desk staff was nice. Other than that i did not enjoy the stay

Breakfast was included in my stay and it was better than most hotel breakfasts. That being said I wouldn’t pay what they were charging guests who didn’t have it included. There were a few lights out in the parking lot which made it dark. The shower was kind of small and could use a new shower head. Walls are thin. Lobby was nice.

The young man at check in was very nice and helpful with questions. Property is very clean and quiet. Easy walk to the Mall directly across the street felt very safe. The gentleman at the lounge/bar was very professional and friendly.

The customer service was great. The mattress on the bed was hard as a rock, there was a big hole in the blanket that my knee kept getting stuck in. At 0300 I thought I would try the pull out couch to sleep on but there were NO linens available in the closet or the drawers. In the am I went to shower and there was mold in the shower and a suspicious looking brown stain on one of the washcloths. I will not stay here again.
