Bed was way too hard, could not sleep. Based just on that, i won't be staying here again. The room wasn't that clean, remote for TV did not work, outside lights on motel were directly outside the windows, so there was light shining in at night even with the drapes closed. Overall, not happy about staying there. Should have stayed somewhere else!

I am going to file a formal complaint against this property with the city of Pendleton. I stayed in room 123. Turned on the main bathroom light and it nearly caught fire. Wood to tile going to take a crap, I nearly stepped through the floor. Looked at the ceiling and there’s a giant crack in the drywall. Went to use the shower and it’s only a handicap accessible shower head. The nossil handle wouldn’t stay up, I slipped in the tub, couldn’t have a nice shower. Phone jack near shower head that probably has live wires prayed I didn’t die. Ac unit that wouldn’t work half the time. This was the most horrifying hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I want my money back. The hotel room is not ADA compliant by any means. Sorry owmers but this place should be condemned.

Was in a quiet part of town. Property is outdated. Holes in the linens, toilet issues, juice machine out of order. Was very clean though. Not a true continental breakfast, few slices of bread, tiny oranges, tiny bagels, coffee was good though. Not much into raisin bran or wheaties for choices.

Room was all right. Had to walk through dimly lit hallway past duct taped washer and dryer to get to office. Continental breakfast not worth the bother. Orange juice was mostly water, when I asked the guy about it he thought it was just right. Fair price for what we got. Room card must be inserted in ice machine--are people stealing their ice?

Special Sleepy Bear Den!!
What fun! My friend & I were treated to the nostalgic Sleepy Bear Den room, with vintage Sleepy Bear images decorating the walls, curtains, lamp shades & bed coverings. It was so cool! We were tired enough the road noise didn't bother us. Shower was hot, bed comfortable, breakfast bites sufficient.
