I order room with sea view, got room with city view. Paid for the sea view, but they did not listen to my complain. That was not the only bad situation. The room i got had so much noice from ventilation or a machine that keept me awake all night. Solution from the hotel was ear plugs. Who sleeps with ear plugs in the night?? Hotell is lacking renovation and maintance in general. My recomandation... Don't book this hotel.. Expensive and bad experiense.

Bader was very friendly and helpful in getting and securing my bags when I was checking out and needed to leave my luggage for a while. Big Fish staff members Lyn, Aee, and Waen were excellent, very attentive, and friendly. They remembered me from past visits and always got my order correct. I loved the dining experience and will return.
