Great near square location
House was exaclty as pictured and described. Fantastic new open kitchen, dinning room and living room.Bright and airy, clean and minimalistic. Great new beds, and linens. New bathroom. Only negative is 2nd bathroom is in the basement. Although we knew this, still a negative. We mainly used upstairs bathroom, which was very nice. Nice backyard patio and gardens, better if patio heater worked. Cooler evenings 55 degrees, but heater broken and no assistance. Overall I recommend.

Great location and clean
The location and cleanliness of the house was great. The house has been remodeled and the backyard (entertainment area) is really well done. Plenty of parking is also a bonus. The only draw back is there are no TVs in the bedrooms. When you need a TV to fall asleep to it makes it tough. Other than that its a really nice place to stay.

Excellent!!
You can’t go wrong renting this house. We went for a fun girls weekend and not only was the house well appointed and comfortable, the location couldn’t be better. My only fear is that it will be so popular I won’t be able to rent it again in the future 😀

Beautiful home in a great location
This home has been lovingly restored and accurately reflects the photos. It's a very short walk to the square with all its shops and restaurants. Additionally the backyard is enclosed which is a bonus if you have young kids that need to run around in a safe space. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Time in Paso!
First time in Paso Robles for everyone in our group but me (but 30 years since I've been) and it couldn't have been better. The house has been restored in downtown Paso and is absolutely adorable. The location is within walking distance of almost everything downtown Paso Robles has to offer. The house was extremely clean and the hosts provided us with all the amenities we could ask for. I highly recommend this amazing place and would definitely stay there again!

Location was optimal and perfect for a family
House was updated and had lots of charm. Bedrooms were good sizes and beds were all double or queen. Kitchen and upstairs bathroom were nicely remodeled. It was exactly what I was looking for. A couple of suggestions to make it even better, a fire pit for s’mores in the backyard and a hot tub. Nonetheless, we were very happy with the stay and would stay here again in the future.

Lovely Updated Home, Great Location!!
The house was completely updated, very clean, and in walking distance to all the spots in downtown Paso. The host was polite and responsive. The only thing I wished is that we had control of the thermostat. Sometimes it would kick on when too hot and Not turn on when too cold.

Location, location
This place is very cute! The kitchen remodel is adorable and was well stocked with everything you’d need. The upstairs bathroom was remodeled and has a really nice shower. I will say the downstairs bathroom leaves a lot to be desired and no one really wanted to shower down there. It also felt like the basement is a bit haunted. But part of that is also the charm of the place because it is old/historical. Although it’s been redone, they’ve kept some of the original components and that is really cool! The best part about the place is the location - you’re steps from the downtown area of Paso. With that said, I would bring some earplugs - it was generally quiet at night but the cars, noise in the area does start pretty early in the morning. We also were there during a car show weekend which made the noise a little louder. We would definitely stay here again. Would love it if the owners decided to do a hot tub in the back - there is room for one and would be a great amenity.
