The hotel has made some very nice upgrades to the rooms and specifically the bathrooms, very nice. Rooms are a bit sterile but very comfortable and clean. Definitely a top two hotel for the area.

Outstanding Hotel

Before booking, I was skeptical about this hotel because the nightly rate was about half of similar hotels. But I read the ratings here on hotels.com and decided to give it a try. I was beyond pleasantly surprised. I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms (it looks like maybe they started on the top floor and moved down, as you can tell that at least some first floor rooms are under construction.) The room and bathroom were super clean, modern, very comfortable and spacious. The staff was wonderful, and the included breakfast was much better than other chains I have stayed at. This place is fantastic and I will definitely return next time I am in the area on business.

Was upset with Exspefia on ch anging the room to two queens instead of the King i Ordered BUT the staff was amazing i stayed for 5 days breakfast was good and hot a fresh all morning !

The ladies at the front desk were very nice. The room was clean. Bathroom was clean. No carpet so didn’t have that musty smell that some hotels do. Recommend you take your own pillow if you don’t like really fluffy pillows. The pillow was so thick we all had a hard time sleeping. Linens were nice and crisp, though. Glad they didn’t have that extra fabric piece that always seems yucky. Pool and hot tub were nice for the kids and open 24 hours. Pool water was cool and hot tub water was hot but low. Breakfast was decent but not great. Fitness center had a wet floor for some reason—just very basic equipment. Overall it was a nice place to stop.

The hotel was updated and very clean and comfortable which makes it an exceptional value. The physical location was not highly desirable and the surrounding landscaping was poor to non existent.

They are remodeling and doing a great job. The pool and hot tub was so nice!! However things could have been cleaner.. pool bathroom and hallways. The breakfast was very nice. The beds were so comfy and lines were too notch!

Remodeling which means noisy. Remodeled room is beautiful. Had to ask front desk for trash can, blow dryer. Had to call again to get ice bucket but none were available. Then it was very noisy from other guests around midnight😡😡 . Plus, it's a no smoking facility and people were smoking right at the entrance!! Could smell someone was smoking weed in the hallway!!!!! Want a refund!!!!!

It was an awful experience. We booked the hotel to stay in after our wedding, booked this room just for the in room spa and we were checked into our room and poorly surprised it wasn’t the room we booked. We then went to the lobby and inquired about our room and was rudley told that it was the room that we booked and that we were too young to understand how it works. The hotel said that this was entirely on you’re end and not there problem at all. Was an awful wedding night experience.

The property was clean and employees helpful and friendly. The water was shut off for 4 hours on Saturday which was a minor inconvenience. We did have alot of problems with our key cards. Getting in the pool and other facilities took at least 5 to 10 times swipes with the card to get into, if it worked at all. With that being said we would still stay again
