Upon arriving, there was a person at the desk helping a lady retrieve a package. He never greeted us, never said I’ll be right with you. He said he was going to go with her and his shift was over. Didn’t give any instructions, didn’t say when or if anyone else was coming. He just left. No customer service at all. He should not be the person that is a guest’s first point of contact and the face of the resort.

Key card was not left in the safe for after hours check in. The help phone number rang to a phone I was standing in front of. I had to call another hotel and they were able to get a hold of someone who eventually sent someone over to give me a key card to a room.

Zero customer service

Our room was great, comfortable, and clean with tons of pillows. Rooms are big and so is the bathroom. We booked on hotels.com and i guess thats where we went wrong. We went to check in and the girl was rude and snippy and wouldnt help us because we booked on hotels.com. We couldnt get an answer on where to park, what to scan to enter the parking garage or where our room was. We finally asked a guy cleaning and he was helpful. Then we needed water bottles. Back to the rude front desk girl. After waiting in line we asked where we could get water bottles. She said theres a liquor store outside the hotel up the stairs. It was closed. Went back to rude front desk girl and found another helpful guy that said they had a vending machine right around the corner from the front desk. Couldnt help but feel like front desk girl was intentionally making this a miserable overnight stay. I don't know how it works, im sure hotels.com gets a commission. But the hotel still gets paid for our stay. Customer service should be given at 100% no matter what service you book through. Won't stay here again. There are many Park City hotels to choose from that know how to treat their guests.
