1/17/25 - The Sundance Film Festival starts next week and I just had a cancellation. My home is right off Main Street is now available from Monday Jan 27 until February 3! Please request a quote because I do not want to miss this excellent opportunity to host your group!
My "Poole-Properties Park City Home" is located just steps from historic Main Street in Old Town Park City. It has a large open floor plan with 2 Large King Main Bedrooms. Relax outside in the Oct 2024 (brand new) Master Spa for 6 people or by either fireplace after skiing nearby Park City Mountain and Deer Valley resorts with Main Street restaurants, shopping, and nightlife all just a short walk away.

This home is ideal for 2 families or small groups that like to cook. While Park City is known for its famous Main Street Restaurants just a short walk away, my home also offers a great alternative. This private home features a large open concept with fully equipped kitchen & dining area that can seat up to 10. It opens up to 2 living areas with fireplaces and plenty of seating to lounge. One of the large guest bedrooms has 3 queen beds and a sitting area with a 55' HDTV is great for kids.
Always plenty of parking for up to 4 cars with 1 space in a heated garage. The other indoor space has been set aside for ping pong and other Aprés ski activity including a heated outdoor seating area to greet friends coming off the mountain.
For those familiar with Old Town in Park City, this home sits near the upper entrance to Main Street near Grappa Restaurant and the Wasatch (Top Of Main) Brew Pub. There are dozens of high rated restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk from the house. There is a Free Main Street Trolley stop just around the corner at Hillside and main (see Pictue). the PC free bus transportation center is only 0.3 miles away The street location is near the intersection of Hillside Ave and Prospect Street and just off Marsac Avenue where you can drive straight up to Silver Lake Lodge, Stein Ericson Lodge, The Montage, and Empire Lodge in Deer Valley. The Town Chair Lift it is a nice walk or trolley stop on Main Street. Uphill at the end of the day you may want to use the trolley or transportation and if you do walk you have lots of bars and restaurants for Aprés along the way. The closest (Town Lift) is located near Butchers Restaurant at 751 Main St Park City, UT 84060

Can sleep up to 14 people all in 8 beds total.
Note: There is a separate 5th bathroom (with shower) located on the main level by the back door and hot tub. We have 2 HWH w/90 gallons of hot water so you cannot run out.
There is an extra guest fee that is added to groups with over 6 people. The first 6 guests are included in the base rate. I charge $25/night/guest to allow up to 14 guests. More than 14 guests are not allowed. The 14 guests limit is just intended for larger families. I do not recommend more than 12 adults.

Towels, sheets, cookware, most spices, paper towels, shampoo and toiletries are all provided.
This is also my home and the kitchen has everything you can think of for cooking including oils, spices flower, sugar, pancake mix & syrup, griddle, blender, mixers, choppers, grinders, crock pots (2) and on and on. Some items may be missing so may want to go through the cabinets before shopping because it normally remains fully stocked.
There is a cone filter coffee maker with ground coffee provided. There is also a Keurig coffee maker with milk frother. I try to keep a supply (Add some stock with your favorite pods). We also have a coffee grinder if you prefer starting with beans.

Great space and location!

We had such an incredible time at this house! It was perfect for two families. Super close to the mountain base and we walked to dinners on Main Street easily. Our reunion at Park City

We had a fairly easy rental process. All my questions were answered immediately by John. No trouble finding the house. It is walkable to the Old Town and the lift there. Unfortunately we rented our equipment at the main lifts and had to access transportation which turned out to be very easy. House was well supplied and plenty of room for all. Several gathering areas. Very comfortable there and would like to return.

Awesome Park City Ski House

This property was perfectly located for a great family ski vacation to Utah. It was just about two blocks off of Main Street Park City and a 7 minute drive to Deer Valley Resort. The actual street was quiet and safe. The house was spacious, clean and very kid friendly while having all the amenities anyone could need. The owner and property manager could not have been more friendly and accommodating. We had a fantastic week and I highly recommend this property to anyone going to Park City/Deer Valley who needs/wants a spacious, comfortable, updated home.
