Love this charming little hotel. Mix of old world charm and comforts of modern day. Breakfast room is adorable and food is good. Kind receptionists and steps to the metro.

It's walkable to the Galeries Lafeyette and it wasn't too costly for a night stay in Paris. Clean, stylish for a boutique hotel. The room I was checked in to was considerably for a boutique hotel in Paris. Staff was a little unfriendly and not always on the lookout for guests. Service rendered is different from a 4 star hotel part of a hotel chain like a Novotel.

The room was a box off of reception without a window. Worse still, I accidentally booked the wrong nights and they would not refund the incorrect booking despite me cancelling it 3 seconds later and rebooking. Hotel is really tatty, and my room was tiny and just off of reception.

Lovely little hotel. We were two adults and one child and had a pleasant stay. Room was a little small for us all but expected for Paris. The staff were very friendly and kind, we managed a slightly early check in which was wonderful giving us more time to explore the day we arrived. On our last day it rained which wasn’t great but they kept hold of our luggage whilst we went out and on our return after being out in the rain all day a lovely member of staff offered us, water, tea and coffee in the lounge area before travelling which was really nice. Thank you .. we shall definitely go back there again 😊

The hotel is in a great location ,we walked everywhere and the furthest point was the eiffel tower which was roughly an hours walk. We had a 3 bed and the rooms were a bit small however were fine for us as a family,water was provided daily however they didnt top the toilet roll up which when you have to pay every where in france for the loo was a little annoying ,also the beds were quite lumpy and slopped a lot . It was a lovely hotel with friendly staff and an amazing location however could do with better mattresses
