On our first night we received a small room that can hardly accommodate one person. The second person should have roll over her partner in order to get off the bed, the sink was in the tiny room, no closet, no shelves, nothing! The person in the reception told us that all the rooms were the same. Only the day after, when we asked again, before leaving the horrible room, we were offered a much nicer and bigger room. The neighbourhood is nice and young but one can hear the noisy street in the room until 1-2 am and then again, at 5 am. Other than that - the hotel is nice.

Great property in Paris! Close to the metro and tons of great restaurants and bars! 40 min walk to the Eiffel Tower and 14 min walk to the Louvre (don’t by Bo & Mie without stopping for a pastry! All the Hotel staff was super pleasant and accommodating! The facility is modern and cute! 24 hour coffee and bar and an ironing room! The rooms are European small but just enough space for two people especially since you won’t be in there for much of your time. Will definitely stay again!

The service at this hotel is incredible! We arrived a bit earlier than our reservation and they allowed us in to our rooms. Wonderfully friendly and hospitable staff that speak great English. The breakfast and coffee were amazing...don't miss it! Walkable to everything. The rooms are very high-tech and comfortable, but European small!

Amazing from start to finish when me and my wife walked in. They're fluent and ready to help at whatever the situation comes. I loved and could not recommend this place enough. Incredible for a honeymoon. I got a room which was "small" for the both of us. The size did not matter because how well the room was for what we needed. AMAZING. I loved this place and would happily stay again. Thank y'all for making this great for me and my wife.

It was like staying with family. There is a club down the ally from the hotel all is good but sometimes the line can be a bit noisy.

It’s like most Citizen M only a bit smaller. This one seems not to offer drinking bottle as others do. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There are a lot of restaurants around the neighborhood and a supermarket just across the street. Metro is in reasonable walking distance. Will definitely come back when in Paris.

1st Trip to Paris. Celebrating my 50th birthday I couldn't have made a better selection on staying at this Hotel. The staff were all really great people. It help that they spoke English as well. I was 1st met by Nathan at the front desk, My nteraction with him implies that his was going to be great place to stay. I was not disappointed. Alina, Matt, Wanda, Julia ( the names remembered) . They are alway open to a good chat, a smile, assisting in getting me a taxi, giving direction on places to visit, vintage shopping etc. They were just honestly awesome people. THANK YOU GUYS!!! I WILL BE BACK... Citizen M Opera, Great staff selection 👌!!

Aside the very heavy fire door which for a Disabled customer like me was very difficult to open and close, this hotel was amazing. I also feel the bed needs to be a bit higher feedback I fed to the staff and they said they will certainly make some amendments.
