My stay was overall great! The location was fantastic, with many places within walking distance. The apartment itself was very nice and spacious, although the bedroom was a bit too small for my liking. However, I did have a couple of concerns. There were quite a few roaches, which is unsanitary, and the master bathroom toilet made a loud noise throughout the entire stay. Because of these issues, I’m giving 3 out of 5 stars. That said, I would definitely consider staying again if these problems are addressed.

the toilet seats were lose. the shower drains very slow and it over flowed the last night before we leave. suffice to say we were very tired the next day since we had to clean and made sure the room is dry.

It’s was very bad experience. Do not have phone number to communicate. Apartment have all chairs damaged. The toilet door was damaged cannot lock . We send many messages no one come to Air unit. We do not have anything to used do cooking!! I will NEVER go back to place

The only thing we liked about the apartment was the location and accessibility to nice places around the area. The apartment itself was disgustingly filthy, we found lots of drops of blood stains and boogies all over the bedroom walls, we found urine on the seat on the toilet in the main bedroom and also found hairs all over the supposedly clean shhets, thevrubbis bins in both bathrooms and kitchen were smelly and dirty all over plus we found lots of hair and tiny cockroaches all over the place. The kitchen only had one pot to cook with. I did report it to the front desk at the entrance but they told me I had to report it to the app were I made the booking. Even comunication was terrible!!

Boutique Apartments was incredible. The pool was amazing and it is located in a great spot that has food and many other shops and supermarkets for your everyday needs. The staffs were friendly and accommodating. There was a little difficulty understanding them since their english was almost little to none and it was stated that they have english speaking staff but they did try their best to make everything convenient. All in all it was an amazing trip and if i go to Panama anytime in the future Boutique Apartments would definitely see me again and i will be sure to recommend them to anyone who asks for places to stay in Panama.

If you are looking for views!!! This place has some amazing views! You can see the ocean from every corner! If you’re into a morning walk/jog, this is the place to be!! Take a scroll on the “cinta costera” (the coastal front), and get yourself a shaved ice, or sit down and have a fresh seafood meal by the water! Grocery stores, banks, casino, bakery, restaurants, you pick! This is the place for you! Nice and quiet!

When j checked into the apartment there was hair all over in th bathroom and it had a foul smell And the AC unit in the bedroom was not working, they came the next day and got a brand new AC unit . At the pool deck there was plenty roaches it was a nice site at all

No volveremos

Desde nuestra llegada, hemos presentado múltiples quejas debido a la suciedad del apartamento, el mal estado del equipamiento y la abundante presencia de cucarachas. La comunicación resultó muy difícil, ya que solo se podía hacer de forma electrónica, lo cual fue claramente ineficiente. Además, carecíamos de un intercomunicador con recepción, lo que agravó la situación. Los utensilios de cocina estaban dañados y sucios, aunque finalmente fueron reemplazados. La plaga de cucarachas se intentó controlar con aplicaciones de insecticida, sin éxito, por lo que las cucarachas nos acompañaron durante toda la estancia. Resultaba muy desagradable cenar con cucarachas caminando sobre nuestros pies o encontrar varias dentro de los muebles al abrirlos. Para evitar esto, tuvimos que guardar toda la comida en la nevera. También tuvieron que reparar la cama, porque le faltaba una pata y parte de la estructura de soporte. En resumen, no volveremos y no lo recomendaremos a nadie.

Durante todo el periodo de estancia el aire acondicionado de la sala no enfriaba por lo que habia mucho calor, nos tratamos de comunicar con los encargados y pero siempre decian un cuento diferente.
