My TV didn’t work. After two trips to the front desk I changed rooms. About an hour later someone attempted entry to my room as front desk had not updated my transfer in their system. Front desk employee was kind but I believe overwhelmed with guests. Where was the manager???

Great front desk

Front desk person Wendy was very helpful with check in do to room not being ready yet. Was told it would be a 30 minute delay. However by the time we returned with bags the room was ready. She was very patient with me due me have a headache from driving.

I travel to Pellcity Al every month to see my granddaughter. I have stayed at the Hampton for the last several years. I will say I will now stay at the Holiday Inn express now. This is the best hotel I’ve ever travel to and experience!

We had a great stay (since prior place was gross and unsafe). Staff was awesome. However one thing you need to fix is i have a teen who is in wheelchair and couldnt use the chair lift for pool. This is a issue as it doesn't comply with ADA. You need to get anything that is ADA required fixed and up to date. Im a 60yr old who was having to lift a 100lb boy in and out of pool. Please fix. We enjoyed our stay thank you

The lobby is frsh, bright, clean & friendly. The night clerk was helpful, friendly & courteous. The beds & pillows were very comfy...not too hard & not to soft! The room was clean. The coffee pods were great! The breakfast was hot & delicious. The breakfast area coffee was absolutely superb!
