The hotel was obviously in the middle of remodeling and there were supplies everywhere and the place was a disaster. There was mold on the bed skirt. We asked to get a different room and it was in the same condition. The people were nice, however I feel like this place should have shut down until they were done with their remodeling and all their repairs.

This hotel was an absolute mess. I'm quite shocked there are reviews that give this place an exceptional rating. They must have stayed at a different hotel. I understand renovations and construction and would never be upset about that. It would have been nice to know that upfront. When we arrived, we were on a floor that only a couple of rooms were even usable on. I would have never allowed someone to occupy those rooms. The halls were filthy with actual trash littering the length. There was paint covering the carpets, furniture stacked from floor to ceiling, and water dripping from a security camera. We requested to art last be on another floor as the other two didn't seem quite as disgusting, snd were told "they were completely full".

I have stay here several times over the past three years. The condition of the facility has declined since my first stay. Not sure if they have had something happen that caused the needed work. I have liked staying there, just wish it looked cleaner and well maintained.

HORRIBLE ., breakfast attendant watches us eat the whole time like it was a bother , the room was falling apart … literally i can understand the main areas being bad cause they’re remodeling… but the room was nasty , chipped paint .. moldy ceiling - if the stay wasn’t a MUST we wouldn’t of stayed

The pictures on the websites are completely from has to be years ago they are renovating no one ever told us that the carpet in the room are filthy this hotel looks like it is a hundred years old or more it's disgusting I will never ever ever stay there again I would honestly rather sleep in my car do not recommend this hotel to anyone find something else

It was a great stay for my children and I. Quiet and the people in Kentucky are very kind and polite. Only gave a 3 star due to the renovations that were going on there so once those are done it will be great and not average. P.S. even during the renovations it was peaceful and nice.
