The hotel is clean and well maintained. However maybe it was my own mismanaged expectation, I found the rooms to be much smaller than expected. There's barely room to walk with suitcases open. There's no safety deposit box in the room neither. The reception's English level was not as great as I'd expect from a large hotel chain at a touristy location. We had to communicate through translating machines which was inefficient. Perhaps their target audience is more business folks than tourists. Overall experience is good, but room for improvement.

位置很方便去難波，樓下有24小時超市，洒店很新，21.5m的房間超正，廁所及浴室好大，用這個價錢超值！但前台員工服務就一般，因為家人腳傷了，希望職員協助找醫院及用電話幫手預約，他們不肯。除此之外，都很滿意。

Hotel was new and accessible from a subway station. Aeon supermarket was downstairs so it was very convenient. The subway train next to it is linked to Shinsaibashi station so we could walk through the underpass to get to shopping and food in Shinsaibashi. It was a great place to stay with a reasonable price especially over the weekends.

Very convenient as hotel is walking distance from train station. Room is very comfortable & spacious. Bathroom is also very big. Only one time there was a terrible smell on the whole level. Not sure where the smell came from but it was super bad. A bit disappointed check out time has to be 10am as usually hotels check out are around 11am or 12pm but they do provide a good locking service for the baggage.

The property is located just at exit 2 of Yotsubashi station of Yotsubashi line, and upstairs a 24 hour AEON supermarket. It’s walkable to SHINSAIBASHI area, and Crysta shopping street. Except that the room is a bit small (as most of Japanese hotels, so this is also acceptable), I think it’s perfect! Also I love the environmental awareness demonstrated by the hotel. Only get room cleaning when you actually need it (most Japanese restaurants are very clean) and only pick up utilities you’ll actually use. That should be promoted in the entire hospitality industry worldwide.

Good location. Room was small but fine. Cleanliness was poor - mould in the overflow in the sink, dust on the fridge handle, dark dust/fluff on the frames of the chairs in the lobby - a surprise in Japan.

The 24hr Aeon Food on G/F is superb. We were able to got our next day breakfast there no matter how late we return. 2 mins walk from Metro with exit with elevator so very convenient for visitors with big luggage. The staff are friendly and they offer free luggage lock before or after check in. Also the surrounding is less busy then Shinsaibashi so very quiet and we had good sleep. Also the size of the room is bigger than others in the area with the similar price range. Bathtub is deep and shower power is strong enough. I will definitely revisit.

Rooms were clean, staff were good and always helpful. Laundry in lobby was great. Location is key as central to everything happening in the city. Walkable ans tranistable. Will stay here again and will recommend to friends and family!
