A luxury 3-bedroom villa within in the popular Maras district

Villa Ria is situated in Maras, a five minute stroll from the heart of Dalyan town on the Turquoise Coast in Turkey but nestled amidst a panorama of imposing mountains and the ancient Lycian rock tombs. Standing within her own private garden of luscious palms and trees, Villa Ria's architecturally-designed elegance charms even before entering the cool contemporary open plan living area which leads directly out onto the bathing area.

Across from the large, beautifully lit swimming pool and children's pool dwells an attractive wooden kosk, a chill-out area providing comfort and shade. A stone-built outdoor barbecue also runs alongside a spacious dining area seating 6 beneath the stars.

Interior decor is calm, sleek and stylish throughout the open planned lower floor, comprising living area with comfy sofas, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a lovely working fireplace moulded from white Bodrum stone. One of the three en-suite bedrooms is also situated on this level and benefits from double doors opening into the poolside area. The ground floor has wheelchair access.

A curving staircase leads to the upper level where two further en-suite bedrooms are situated either side of a stunning Turkish area with typical Turkish seating and Turkish smoke pipe, serving as an aperitif to the romantic backdrop which unfolds once the double doors are opens onto the wrap around balcony which stretches the entire length of the back of the villa.

There are also two bicycles at the villa for guests to use.

Lovely pool and gardens
Lovely stay at Villa Ria, pool is wonderful, and location good. Kitchen well equipped, beds comfy, and garden very nice. Major roadworks going on directly outside (literally the road being built around the villa) which was noisy from early in the morning, though appreciate out of owner’s control. Would have been nice to have had the jacuzzi working; but neither ourselves, pool man, or Huseyin could get it going! Dalyan as gorgeous as ever, a great holiday.

Great villa, we booked both years specifically for the pool, outside area and location. Short walk into town & local supermarket, and fantastic, good sized pool, especially for the kids. Good bbq in working order too.

Lovely, well-equipped villa in a fantastic location
We all thought the villa was really lovely and the location was great - really quiet and peaceful but only 5-10 minutes walk into town. The villa was so well equipped with everything you could ever need already there which was really useful. The pool man was really nice, Huseyin the manager so friendly and polite and Linda the owner always responded really quickly to any questions and queries I had before arrival, would definitely recommend Villa Ria. The only tiny downside for us was that we expected there to be a dishwasher, which to be fair wasn’t listed amongst the amenities so an oversight on our part.

Villa Ria
Villa Ria is a stunning property in a quiet residential area of Dalyan. It is only a 5-10minute walk to the bars and restaurants. The villa has an amazing pool and well maintained gardens. Internally, it is very spacious and well presented in a traditional Turkish style.

Good Villa in a good location.
We stayed at Villa Ria in August 2022 and it only ticked the essential boxes, Location, pool, air con. The Air con is great downstairs but didn't cool the upstairs totally. The fans are quite noisy when both air cons are switched on as the fans are adjacent the bed on the outside wall. There's no front door which is a little weird and you enter the property at the rear. The doors could do with the security locks upgrading. It's an easy 5-10 min walk into the local town for food and drinks. so in a perfect location. We have 3 children aged 15, 14 & 11 so the property was perfect for 5. We slept downstairs. Any more and you'll be struggling. The pool Spa didn't work. Overall I would recommend this villa but don't expect it to be 5 star but then you get what you pay for. Thanks Jamie & Julie

Beautiful Villa
This is our 4th visit to Villa Ria and it still doesn’t disappoint. Only a 7 minute walk to the town, river and high street. A beautiful location tucked away in a quite part of Dalyan. Villa Ria has everything you need, lovely pool, jacuzzi, plenty of sun beds and a lovely garden, inside is clean, modern and tidy. We will be booking our 5th visit to the villa next year.

Absolutely lovely.
Thoroughly enjoyable holiday had by all in this Villa in Dalyan. Villa was perfect and had everything we needed to make for a lovely holiday. Linda and Mustafa came to welcome us soon after we arrived which was nice. The Villa is exactly as it looks in the photos - very clean, well looked after and perfect for a family holiday. A special mention to the lovely man who made sure the pool and gardens were kept clean and healthy. The location of this Villa is superb and only a 5 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and bars. Dalyan is such a lovely place, so many nice places to eat and drink. Villa Ria was absolutely perfect for us, we will definitely be recommending it to friends and booking up again very soon. A wonderful holiday!
We traveled as a family, with our girls aged 19 and 22. This villa was perfect for our family; all en-suite rooms which are well proportioned. The pool is a good size and is really lovely. To the main part of town, where you’ll find good bars and restaurants, it’s about an 8 minute walk. Huseyin took care of anything we needed when we were there, he was so helpful, efficient and generally a lovely guy. Dalyan itself is a stunning place and we wouldn’t hesitate in returning. My only complaint was.. we needed a few more days... ☀️

Wonderful Villa
2nd time at Villa Ria and it is a wonderful Villa to stay in. Beautiful location which is close to town, but not too isolated. Pool is one of the best in Dalyan with the added benefit of a jacuzzi. Gardens well kept and everything is clean and tidy. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to experience Villa life in Dalyan, it’s one of the best around.

HEAVEN ON EARTH
This is our second stay at this fantastic villa, and as before, everything was just perfect. It’s beautifully maintained, clean and very comfortable. Situated in a perfect location, just a 10min stroll into town. It’s quiet and very pretty. Nothing was too much bother for Huseyin, who looks after it and Linda was extremely helpful throughout the booking process. This villa is very highly recommended, What are you waiting for? A lovely villa, well appointed, comfortable, airy and well equipped in a peaceful and tranquil part of Dalyan, yet an easy 5-10 minute walk into town. Bikes supplied with the villa made it really easy to go shopping and exploring. Really clean, pool man and gardener every day, plus a laid back yet attentive rep who visited us two or three times to make sure we were ok. Highly recommended.

TOTALLY FANTASTIC VILLA!
Villa Ria is a slice of paradise in a fabulous location. This beautifully maintained villa has everything you could wish for and more. It’s large, clean, beautifully furnished with a fantastic pool, jacuzzi, BBQ and lovely gardens. Huseyin, the villa manager is always on hand to help & answer any questions and the pool man attends every morning to keep it clean & fresh. Dalyan itself is a wonderful place, whether your eating the locally caught seafood, tucking into a juicy steak having a few beers on the river or just enjoying the wonderful hospitality of the locals and only minutes from the villa by cycle. This is our 6th visit to the region and the best villa we have stayed at bar none! We cannot recommend it enough. If you are going to check out this piece of “heaven on earth” staying at Villa Ria is a must!! We will certainly be returning next year for more of the same. Thanks Linda & Mustafa for a wonderful holiday. It was a Joy!

Villa Ria the 5 star villa that has the wow factor inside and out large pool beautifull garden .
Villa Ria ,has that first impression as soon as you open the gate and walk up the path to the Villa, you know that your holiday is going to be stress, free. Villa Ria, has a very large swimming pool, to the side a Jacuzzis, both of which are surrounded by mature flowering trees, that give you privacy all the way, around, so you are not over looked In any direction. In the evening, as the sun sets, you can smell the perfume, from the flowers,after a hard day swimming in the pool and sunbathing, is quite therapeutic. All of us have had a truly fantastic holiday, at the Villa Ria. The property, is very well maintained, and very clean,the pool is maintained regularly. If you are considering, a Villa holiday ,in Turkey i would book the Villa Ria, without any hesitation. 5 out of 5 Star's

Amazing Villa
We had an absolutely fantastic time at this villa, everything you need is there and the pool is amazing. Although there are other villas around it is extremely private, no one is looking onto the pool area. We booked transfers which were very reasonable and bang on time too, the property manager was very pleasant and helpful and easy to get in touch with if needed. It is a five minute gentle stroll to the town and even the member of our group with mobility issues had no problem with this, all in all a great holiday and we hope to be back next year.
