We stayed in this place 2x on 2 seperate dates. We had 2 seperate rooms each time and both times the faucets leaked in the shower all the time. 1 elevator was broken and our second stay the room entrance door would not close and you would have to slam it hard. The place is conviniently near the airport. The people are nice and helpful and the area is safe and convinient. I also want to point out the place is clean and safe. Only thing is the maintenance. Maybe it was just one of those things when i went but that definely needed work.

The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The bathroom had seen better days, but was mostly clean. Beds were comfortable. Didn’t know I had to pay for parking…. Bummer

Need illumination outside, we arrived at 8:00 pm there was really dark, no illumination at all at the pick up and off area, the area around the property is ideal, walking distance to food and shopping places, hotel staff really great service. Quiet place great to rest. Close to the Orlando airport our experience less than 15 minutes during night traffic.

I m a loyal costumer of la quinta and Orbitz .gor an accident of my husband ai didnt use the hotel la quinta in Orlando .i didnt travel. I tried to get a refund or a change of date but They didnt give me The change .no more la quinta and Orbitz .

The location and convenience of getting to the property was good. There was a shuttle to the airport and the staff were friendly. However, the hot water was unreliable. At first it seemed there was none. The shower handle was not on correctly so finding the position for hot water was a challenge. The waffle maker kept breaking in the morning which was also inconvenient. But the most annoying problem was the tv. Maybe that isn't a big deal to some, but traveling with kids and for the price of hotels, the tv should work. The channels were off so it showed a title on the guide but a different show/movie on the screen. Trying to find the actual show listed on the guide was impossible. in one case, a cartoon movie was supposed to be playing and instead it was a violent war film so we had to flip through the channels for a long time before giving up and watching something that could pass as appropriate for the kids. Fortunately we were only there one night.

The beds were comfortable. The shower was dripping the whole time and the water temperature was unable to be maintained as the valve was broken leading to scalding hot water randomly. The door to room 402 did not close easily and there was a gap at the bottom and you could see in and out of the room.

The rooms are old and dated. My tv didn't work, the phone didn't work, the bathroom light flickered and flashed so badly I couldn't turn it on, so I had to put makeup on and dry my hair in the other room. I heard doors slamming and people screaming all night. The clerk was not friendly and/or helpful. He was not a very happy/nice person. There are numerous other hotels to stay, I will not stay here again.
