This is a motel with outside facing doors to the rooms. The pictures do not show this. As a single female traveler, I don't like to stay in motels for safety concerns. They tried to put me in a ground floor room in the back side of the gotel where it is dark. They don't have an elevator to get to the sexond floor.

Shuttle service from airport very slow/ called when we were ready for pick up and the attendant said “I’ll let the driver know”. Called back 40 mins later when shuttle still hadn’t shown and same attendant said again “I’ll let the driver know”. Paid for early check in and they sent us to a room that was dirty from previous guests- linen balled up on floor and trash everywhere. In the morning housekeeping came in loudly 45 mins before checkout asking why we were still there. Would not recommend

I didn't like the fact that there was no alarm clock in the room that was easy to use. When I asked about how it would work, the clerk did not seem interested in helping me to get it working. The property needs upgrading a little painting would be good. I also did not like the fact of having to pay a 25 fee for early check in

Just one night, but would stay longer.

Front Desk Services were excellent and friendly. The morning breakfast was what was expected but there were more tables than chairs. This made people have to hunt for an empty chair to see if it was available. Shuttle was free to MCO that was a plus also. I had a king room with a love seat and desk. The lay out of the room was great and it was roomy. NO view just a building next door. I would go back and recommend to friends.
