The holiday home is a former B&B and is located in a scenic area with plenty of space and 400m to a lake with a beach. Rental currently consists of 8 -10 bedrooms, TV lounge and living area. Please note, that the house is only rented to larger groups. If you are a smaller group then please send an inquiry.

This charming larger house is located in scenic surroundings in Sonnarp leisure village, in Örkelljunga municipality - close to forest, lake, ski and golf.

The house has previously served as a holiday colony and B&B, and over the last 10 years has been renovated.
The house is 350m2 and located on 5,000 m2 of land and contains * 10 bedrooms, TV room which is multifunctional with movie screen and projector, 2 wood burning stoves, hall, large living room with dining room and kitchen,

1 large bathroom with bath and sep shower and sep toilet, 1 smaller bathroom with underfloor heating, 2 toilets with washbasin, outdoor fireplace, fireplace, several cozy nooks and large parking space.

Rental is possible of a maximum of 8 bedrooms, and of an additional 2 bedrooms only by prior arrangement

Velegnet til den store familie
Virkelig godt sted som levede op til beskrivelsen. Huset bar præg af at det måtte bruges med respekt for stedet. Vi havde list problemer med det varme vand ved ankomst, men værtsparret ringede tilbage efter få minutter ig vi fik samme løst problemer. Vi kommer gerne igen

Unser Aufenthalt war schön, die Küche und Möbel im Wohnbereich gut für uns 15 Personen mit zwei Kleinkindern ausgestattet,. Allerdings war das Haus ungepflegt, die Schlafzimmer sehr sehr klein (zudem ohne Schränke) und die Matratzen sehr fleckig. Bettwäsche nicht für alle Betten vorhanden. Die Küche und Geräte zum Teil nicht sauber. Das Haus roch etwas muffig und war feucht (Gott sei Dank hat es nicht so viel geregnet).

Natur pur
Sehr erholsam, herrliche Landschaft, Haus im Wald sehr schön gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist super, viel Platz und gemütlich! Leider lässt die Pflege des Hauses von außen und das Grundstück etwas zu wünschen übrig. Aber sonst insgesamt vorallem für große Familien sehr zu empfehlen.

Geräumiges Haus in schöner Umgebung
Das Haus ist geräumig und super ausgestattet, auch für viele Personen. Es gibt zum Beispiel einen extra großen Herd, zwei Kühlschränke, einen extra Gefrierschrank, genügend Geschirr, mehrere Thermoskannen und mindestens zwei Grills. Auch gibt es rund ums Haus Möglichkeiten sich draußen aufzuhalten, wobei es bei unser Ankunft stellenweise etwas weniger gepflegt aussah als auf den Bildern. Diese scheinen schon etwas älter zu sein. Im Haus ist es gemütlich mit mehreren netten Plätzen wo man sich auch ein bisschen aus dem Weg gehen kann. Allerdings merkt man am knarzen der Holzdielen und an einigen schwer schließenden Türen und Fenstern, dass das Haus schon etwas älter ist. Wir hatten keine Probleme mit Mücken, was vielleicht daran gelegen hat, dass es jede Menge Fledermäuse gab. Der nahegelegene See ist schön und lädt zum Baden ein. Und auch die sonstige weitere Umgebung ist sehr schön und besonders gut mit dem Rad zu entdecken. Die Lage ist damit wirklich super, auch da man schnell die Fähre in Malmö erreicht und es nicht sehr weit zur Ost- und Westküste ist.

Rymlig bostad perfekt för släktträff
Ett rymligt och mysigt hus med några år på nacken. Stort välutrustat fräscht kök och stora gemensamhetsytor. Välstädat. Sköna, riktiga sängar till 21 personer. Stor trädgård för utomhusaktiviteter. Gångavstånd till sjö med badbrygga. Kan varmt rekommenderas.
