Exactly as advertised!
The last place we stayed at in NY was NOT as described and was awful. So when we had this place booked for 2 weeks later I was somewhat concerned. Annette, the owner, is wonderful! The home is exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had a few issues with using the tv at first. She came back and walked us through it. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioner worked great, the kitchen had everything we needed, and it was very close to the downtown and convention hall we were going to. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms...the house can comfortably accommodate everyone with plenty of room left over. I would definitely stay here again.
