There are only two (2) parking passes available for this unit.

Caribe C1212 is a three (3) bedroom, three (3) bathroom waterfront unit. Located on the 12th floor with amazing views of the Beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This unit comfortably sleeps 6 and has private balcony access from the living area and master bedroom. The Master bedroom features a King bed, HDTV, private bathroom, and private balcony access. The private master bath has a Jacuzzi tub with a separate walk-in shower, double vanity, and HUGE walk-in closet.

The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, HDTV, and a private access to the hall bath with a shower. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, HDTV and a private bath.

The kitchen features granite counter-tops, stainless-steel appliances, and comes with everything you could ever imagine needing (plus some!) in your home away from home. The living area is complete with a sectional sofa, HDTV, a wet bar with wine cooler and ice maker, and floor-to-ceiling water views. The dining area has a table for 7 guest to enjoy a meal. Bar has 4 additional seats! There is ample seating on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful waterfront views from this property!

Caribe Resort is located in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama, just east of the Perdido Pass and one mile west of the Florida-Alabama border. Resort amenities include: 24-hour guarded entry gate, assigned and covered parking, 3 outdoor tiered saltwater pools two of which are zero entry, 9 outdoor hot tubs, 2 outdoor water slides, 1 outdoor kiddie water slide, 3 indoor heated saltwater pools, 3 indoor hot tubs, 2 wet saunas, 2 dry saunas, fishing docks, outdoor BBQ area, shuttle to beach, Bocce ball court, pickle ball court, 3 lighted tennis courts, a putting green, new mini golf course, fitness centers in each building, and boat slips available for rent through the Caribe Marina. There is free wireless internet available throughout property. Cobalt Restaurant is located on-site for a breathtaking waterfront dining experience. There is also a deli located on-site to grab a quick bite for lunch.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: 2 passes are included in the reservation. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Our stay
The property is great. The resort is amazing. Having to drive 10 extra miles arriving and leaving to get key and then drop off was an inconvenience. Outdoor BBQ did not work. communication was sent. no one came til 2 days later to confirm the grill did not work right when we were leaving. Jucuzzi tub does not work. To moderize, I recommend a Kering pod coffee brewer. Main TV remote has a defective volume control. We cound not adjust it. The Suite is beautiful and was very clean.

WE HAVE STAYED AT THE CARIBE BEFORE, WE DID ENCOUNTER A FEW PROBLEMS...ONE BATHROOM WAS UNUSABLE THE ENTIRE TRIP. MAINTENANCE WAS SENT TWICE BUT TOILET WAS NOT FIXED/USABLE/RELIABLE. THE UNIT APPEARD CLEAN BUT AFTER WALKING BAREFOOT, AFTER SHOWERS, FEET WERE BLACK. EVERY DISH OUT OF CABINET WAS DIRTY/DRIED FOOD ON THEM.TVS DID NOT WARK, REMOTES BROKEN

There were some cleaning issues. There area was so nasty we rolled it up and moved it because we didn't want to walk on it. The carpet in the bedrooms is dirty and probably beyond cleaning. They need to be replaced. There soap scum in one of the bathrooms. There were water bottles on the balcony. Accent pieces had not been dusted in a while. A layer of dust was there. Overall decent...could be so much better.
