There are 2 bedrooms, one with a DreamCloud king bed and the other with 2 single memory foam beds (day bed and trundle). The couch in the living room also has a trundle that pulls out in to a bed. The dining room table has benches nested underneath for seating.

Please make yourselves at home in this impeccably clean and comfortable space. Everything you need is provided in order to enjoy your stay. Guests are welcome to use all kitchen utensils, any available food or drinks, laundry facilities/detergents, etc

This home is centrally located in downtown Council Bluffs and only a short drive to Omaha's Old Market. Nice place overall. Enjoyed our stay. Quick response to questions by owner. Would recommend sheet and blankets for living room futon as well as more pillows. Steep stairs to get up to front door and steep drive way. Go in at an angle or will rub bottom of car.

Perfect home base
Very clean, modern and cozy. The appliances, TV, linens, towels, bedding were in great condition. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, walkable to tourist sites and the Hundred Block area (some steep hills). There are steepish stairs to enter the property and to use the washer /dryer in the basement. The property manager was excellent, very responsive. I would definitely return.

Perfect bungalow near Fairmount Park
Very clean and comfortable 2 BR, 1 Bath unit. Modern amenities, comfortable beds, pillows and living room furniture. Property manager was excellent. Walking distance to the local attractions (note that there are steep hills). Across the street from a park with a running/walking track. Note that there are steepish stairs to get to the unit and to access the laundry area. Also the driveway is very steep, don’t try it with a low car. Park on the street instead.

Great sister getaway
We came to Council Bluffs for a sister weekend. As soon as we walked in, it smelled so clean and fresh. This was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. It is in a historic part of Council Bluffs. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and checking out the houses and the cobblestone streets. Emily was great to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

My daughters & I stayed here and were very comfortable. The property was clean, quiet, & cozy. Communication with the host was excellent. My only complaints would be the bathroom fan is super loud (which really only mattered in mid-night use) & the parking can be a bit tricky. I would definitely recommend this property!

Could have our dog who loved Kirn Park right across the street. Close to our friends, General Dodge House and Union Pacific Museum where we wanted to visit. Great kitchen in which to cook our own food. Large comfortable bed. Easy access to gas and groceries. Very clean and neat. Loved gazing at the fireplace.

This was a great getaway for my daughter, and I to get together. She goes to a college close by. It was nice for her to have some home-cooked food do laundry and just be in a home setting. I got to wake up and have my walks at Kirn Park really close. Great location.
