Spring Hill is a great value. It was comfortable and clean. Reception was easy and friendly. On the downside, it is not environmentally conscious in terms of single use plastic. Cups in rooms were disposable. The free breakfast is a nice bonus, but I was disappointed that it was not a bonus for the earth. None of the serving plates, cups, or utensils was reusable.

Customer service was great! From check in to check out. The morning staff for breakfast were on top of their job. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only thing I disliked was the restroom sliding door, not a lot of privacy. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

When we reached at the hotel, the lady at the counter said someone already checked in for me. This was a total surprise for me. However, after arguing a couple of minutes with her, we were able to check in. The overall experience was terrific.

Overall I like staying at this hotel. The hallway carpets need to be properly cleaned or replaced. Coming off the elevator and seeing such a dirty and stained carpet really takes away from the nice rooms and lobby areal.

The hotel is nicely kept. The carpets need to be cleaned. The lobby and breakfast area is spotless. They have a very attentive employee when breakfast is being served. The front desk employees are very friendly and helpful. The overall stay was great.

Taylor was super friendly and helpful. We needed a place to stay last minute and he made the experience great. The next morning the other staff was very helpful as well. Customer service is exceptional. The lady serving breakfast was super nice too.
