Property was well maintained. I liked that they had outdoor picnic tables. Everything from check in to check out was great! Very nice continental breakfast with a nice dining area.

Stayed one night. Our king room was clean and the bed comfortable. The facility is a little dated. It did not look like the photo they use for their online ad (with four chairs). Not sure where that photo was taken if even on the premises. But the room was clean and bed comfy and met our needs for one night.

The bed and pillows were comfortable but the room was very small for a king bed room. The bathroom definately needs an upgrade. The door barely closed and needed painting making it look dirty, and there was no stopper in the sink.The front desk staff were nice as was the breakfast lady.

Run down hotel that has not been updated in many years. Great location. Near the beach, walking distance. Lots of restaurants walking distance and or a short drive distance. Unfortunately, the only positives of our stay here aren’t of the hotel room. The price in no way matches what you experience.

It was clean , the room was average. Its heating/ air conditioning unit was placed over one of the only surfaces to place your stuff . Tiny ants everywhere if you put your drink down . We had a serious issue with the couple next store . Overall it was a disappointing experience. We will look elsewhere to stay in the fall when we return.

The first night there was a funky smell in the room, I complained the next morning. They did take care of it by putting in an air freshener. Other than that the room was clean and house keeping left fresh towels every day. Not sure if I will try to stay there again, too long of a walk to the beach.

Close to the beach but needs some TLC
Average stay- we only needed a clean bed to sleep in after a few beach days. Pros: walking distance to Footbridge Beach, several great restaurants in walking distance, right next to a Trolley stop if you didn’t want to drive. They offer breakfast, but we did not eat in. (We prefer local coffee shops) Bed was comfortable, great water pressure and there was a working freezer and fridge. I like to be able to park next to my room as well. Cons: I should preface by saying; Ogunquit is a quaint beach town. Many hotels are “mom and pops” and not resorts. You get what you pay for during peak season. This was just an ok stay. Our room (118- for management) needed some TLC. Paint chipped in the bathroom, and on the half wall/closet. The door shut but needed a deadbolt to be sure it stayed closed. The bathroom had cobwebs and the radiator needed TLC (paint chips in the grill part)- the door was warped and did not close all the way. The hotel check in/out was smooth and employees were kind. This place has great potential, but needs more care with simple, professional updates.
