Overnight Stop while travelling by Train
Nicely located for the railway station and town and helpful, pleasant Staff. Room was excellent although "not the biggest" and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was also very good but I must have missed that it finished early as this was one of my days off - but they were accommodating allowing me to finish in my own time. I also appreciated being able to stay in the Lobby using the WiFi (with the offer of a coffee) as I waited for my next train. A little thing to some but not all Hotels do this and it makes such a difference!

Decent and affordable
Everything was great except the staff was a little frosty... They acted like it was a big hassle every time I asked for something at the front desk. Maybe that's just normal for this part of Sweden? The pool area is nice but be advised it's not included in the hotel room price which is not stated on Hotels.com. Norrköping is really cute and I look forward to visiting again.

The room we had got quite warm at night and we had to open the window to let cool air in. The window was overlooking a yard that looked like it was under construction and as such quite dusty, I was a bit concerned that the dust would blow into the room. Also the noise of trains going by outside an open window makes it hard to sleep soundly. The sink in the room has some white stain on it that would not wash away which didn't make me feel like the place was well cleaned. The ladies that run the reception and the breakfast tables were very helpful though and did a great job of making us feel welcome and helping us with dietary selections at breakfast.

It was good at all, but there are different informations on the web pages and the real service. For example the spa is not free, all of the wellness area is paid. They did not know about the packed food, what is also mentioned among the services. Otherwise i can recommend it.

One bed room for one person. Clean enough, kind of smallish room and the bathroom with shower was a bit cramped. The music from the reception and the closed restaurant area play loud enough and long enough into the night to be disturbing. Possible future stays will require larger room that have a desk for getting some work.

Room was small but good, big TV with a lot of channels. The bed was quite uncomfortable. Put up the sign asking for my room to be cleaned at 10.30 am but came back in the evening and it was not cleaned. Breakfast was so-so. Dry pancakes, and no salt or pepper in the scrambled eggs. The whole breakfast buffet looked bland. I mean, color wise it looked like it was a couple of days old in the fridge. The Spa was really good! Jacuzzi, pool, cold small pool. Sauna, steam sauna (was off) and two massage chairs.

Utifrån ser hotellet skabbigt ut men inuti är det helt okej. Rummet var bra men saknade åtminstone en stol i rummet. När man duschade blev det blött i nästan hela badrummet trots försiktighet. Golvet i korridoren utanför var av sådan karaktär att det lät som en trumma när barn sprang på det. Priset i restaurangen var lågt och maten ingen kulinarisk upplevelse, men som sagt så var det inte dyrt.

Hotellet är ju ett budgethotell så man får ta det för vad det är. Rummet var väldigt dåligt städat. Det var dammigt, hårstrån kvar på golvet och i kylskåpet fanns det kvar grejer sen förra gästen. Tv:n funkade ibland. Vi klagade och fick ett nytt rum där tv:n funkade. Det som var sjukt var att det fanns saker kvar i kylskåpet här med. Sen var gardinerna halvt neddragna. Vi påtalade allt till de i receptionen. Han svarade att de inte hade något annat rum att tillgå nu. Vi var lite snälla och sa att det var ok. Korten funkade ibland och ibland inte så vi fick gå tillbaka och ladda på dem igen. Hände 3 ggr. Spaet är helt ok. Jetstrålen till simningen var trasig men allt annat funkade. Frukosten var knappt godkänd. Kalla köttbullar, korvar och pannkakor. Stod inte vilka ägg som var hårdkokta/löskokta. Man fick ta en av varje. Väldigt lite att välja på men ok. Norrköpings stad tyckte vi var trevlig. Så hit åker vi igen. Kanske väljer ett bättre hotell nästa gång.
