"We were unsure about this hotel being it was older, but once we arrived, we knew we were in for a great time. We were greeted by what seemed like the whole staff as we entered and the service and attention never ceased the entire trip. The included breakfast and dinner buffet were incredible as were the onsen facilities. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future and will be sure to let all our friends and family know about this place as well."
