The front desk staff were very friendly and rooms were great The hotel was in walking distance to most attractions and the wego bus stop is right in front of the hotel

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities

Hotel was conveniently located in the centre of Niagara. Check in wasn’t very friendly. Rooms were musty. Pool was cloudy and in need of repairs. Tv did not work. Looked like they glued the remote shut. A/C unit in one of the rooms work but the other didn’t.
