We stayed here for one night and throughout our stay we had no wifi. The person at the front desk gave us some number to call to try and get wifi. The person in the phone wanted our IP address of the devices we wanted to connect to the hotel wifi. This was the weirdest experience, obviously they do not have working wifi at this hotel. Furthermore, the hotel is rights on a highway, so the noise from the traffic is ridiculous. Definitely no sound proofing. Will mot stay here again.

I would have left a better star review, but when I took my shower, the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were EMPTY. You're lucky I gave you any stars at all. Therefore staff and service took the hit, because they obviously don't care.

I reserved a room for the Hampton Inn EWR for a flight the next morning. When I booked, there was no mention of pre booking a shuttle. When I dropped off my luggage, there was no mention of it - in fact, they said they couldn't do anything until I checked in later that day. Only when I asked later, they said it was all booked up. This is the only reason I stayed at the Hampton Inn EWR - for the shuttle. Now I'm paying $45 for an Uber.
