We stayed here for one night and throughout our stay we had no wifi. The person at the front desk gave us some number to call to try and get wifi. The person in the phone wanted our IP address of the devices we wanted to connect to the hotel wifi. This was the weirdest experience, obviously they do not have working wifi at this hotel. Furthermore, the hotel is rights on a highway, so the noise from the traffic is ridiculous. Definitely no sound proofing. Will mot stay here again.

Selected this hotel mainly because of parking and shuttle service to airport only to find out when we checked in the night before that we didn’t reserve the parking so couldn’t do it. Never disclosed that to us previously. We wound up just driving to the airport in the morning and parking in the economy lot and it was way cheaper than we would have paid anyway. but they advertise parking and shuttle, but never tell you to Reserve in advance.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Newark Airport. The hotel is clean, the room was comfortable. I left early so did not try breakfast. I also did not use the hotel shuttle as I was told it was complicated getting to Terminal A and I took an Uber. My only major complaint is the staff. They are not very friendly and behave as if you owe them money. I left without a receipt as the person at the front desk did not even bother to look for getting it. They ended up sending me the receipt over email so it worked fine. However, I am not used to this tone of interactions at the front desk of a hotel.

Forced to Upgrade and pay fee

We booked a room for two adults and two children. Ages were stated in the booking. Younger child is one. When we asked for a crib we were told that we would have to upgrade our room to a more expensive suite in order to have a place for the baby to sleep. It was 10PM and we were already there. We did not have much of a choice so we were forced to pay about 100$ more, in order to get a pack and play.

Room - suite actually - is great. Very comfortable sofa, bed, big TVs, good, safe shower, lots of counter space. Cold frig. Solid breakfast with almond milk available, bagels, omelets, sausage links, potatoes. Parking is an additional cost. Shuttle to airport. Hotel offers some good to purchase and has delivery.
