The staff were friendly and an easy check-in plus getting a meal at the bar/grill when we arrived just prior to closing. Getting to the location from the airport was difficult but that was mostly on us.

The only issue we had is the carpet is too thick to use the luggage carts. If you have many bags it’s an issue. Other than that the hotel and staff were wonderful.

The room and hotel was very clean. Close to the Airport and Cruise Port. No restaurants nearby but the hotel did offer dining and breakfast at reasonable prices.
