The staff was friendly which was the positive part. The biggest negative was the elevator system. When leaving we were on a time crunch to get to the airport & it literally took 30 minutes to get down to the lobby from the 15th floor. There seemed to be only 2 elevators running & it would stop at multiple floors on the way down from 30 something floor & by the time it got to the 15th floor there was no space for us & our luggage to get on & people were angry & rude prob because they had been waiting a long time too. I hope they will fix this situation although I will never stay there again.

Location was fine but everything else was ugh. Rooms are very small almost just enough space to fit the beds. Tiny bathroom. Breakfast was ok. This hotel doesn’t accept cash. And they require $100 hold plus the cost of the room upfront.

The staff and cleanliness are great. The breakfast is really good. The rooftop bar is also. The main problems were that the elevators take forever to ride up and down, especially during busy times. The room is small but clean. Beds are decent at best. And the room thermostat does not work. Room was very hot. Would not stay here again due to these issues.

We loved our stay, great location, very clean, the only thing that could be improved was the air conditioning temperature, which had a temperature limit and we felt hot, the transport service offered by the hotel was great, that is, to finish with a 10, the professional Jason helped us with our transport to the airport and surprised us with his friendliness, excellent service, price and the car were a great surprise, he sent us a surprise limousine! Our return was magical! I highly recommend the hotel and especially the hotel's transport services! Thank you!

The hotel is in a great location, close to theaters, shopping, and Times Square. Even though the hotel computer system was down for several hours, the staff was very responsive and managed the inconveniences of guests well.
