Excellent location, great hotel. Great stay!

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was large and well appointed with everything you could need for a short stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility for self-parking was a great addition. There are plenty of bars and eateries within walking distance, and the trams run right outside, if you have walked yourself out. Recommended.

Lovely location, pleasant service, all around great choice. Free parking is a huge plus. The pillows are a bit thick / overstuffed for my comfort, but may work for some.

I truly enjoyed the personal touch of text communication for support prior, during and after our stay. Our room was very nice and clean. Everybody from the host to the housekeeping staff was very kind and helpful. *Keynote* how you approach people is likely how you'll be treated.

Close to everything downtown with the trolley stop out front. Quiet, Garden district with interesting neighborhood architecture, flora and both fine dining and local hangouts in walking distance. Rooms spacious, comfortable, clean. Will come back

Nice hotel and great location.

We had a great time. The location is great. We were able to park our car in the secure lot on site and take the trolley almost everywhere we wanted to go. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean as well as quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Check in starts at 3pm I should up after 7pm to find out that they no longer had the room that I pick and on top of that they try to charge my card "for no show" Why would you try to charge my card and give the room that I choice to someone else. I was giving another one and a discount but that was not what I wanted. One of my quest had to sleep on the couch it was not comfortable.
