Está muy bien ubicado puedes ir andando a todos los sitios y está muy limpio. La única pega que le veo es que necesita un poco más de muebles para poder dejar maletas y neceseres. En los baños no hay donde apoyar el neceser ni dejar tus cosas.

La estancia estuvo bien. Excepto que en una de las camas había cabellos, como si no hubieran cambiado las sábanas. Y los cuartos, son demasiado chiquitos. No tienen closet . Y no sabíamos dónde guardar nuestras cosas. Las tuvimos en el piso todo el tiempo

Loved the renovations with very high ceilings, decor, everything you need in a kitchen, very comfortable beds/bedding, location, living room area, private bath in one bedroom and second bath for two other bedrooms, washer-dryer in unit, and keypad entry to both entry and room.

The good...excellent communication, location, and comfort. The Sonder app was great, I was able to chat with a representative in real time and everyone that I interacted with was so helpful and understanding. The beds were very comfortable, huge plus, and the location was excellent if you want to access the FQ but don't want to be in the FQ. I was also able to easily walk to watch the Pelicans and Saints play in their respective adjacent stadiums. The bad...our key pad didn't work properly and it took 20-50 times before the keypad accepted our room code. It was apparently due to the keypad going off line. This part was the worst as it took my family and I 15-30 minutes of trying to get the keypad to work every single time we wanted to get into the room. There was some intense moments of my kids needing to use the restroom and me stressing to open the door. It was also annoying having to get up late at night to let someone in when they came in late. After 5 days we were given a key FOB but that was after me expressing multiple times how unpleasant it is not to have a functioning keypad. The other bad was that there were nails sticking up from the floor in a few spots and we now have a few socks with holes in them from a snag. Last bad note was that the faucet in the bathrooms barely extend into the sink so washing your hands and face was not easy. Overall, I would stay again and recommend but if Sonder reads this please fix these small but essential flaws!

Great Deal for the Price. Nearby weekly Parking
This was pretty much a perfect location that's close to everything. The French Quarters was very walkable. Lots of restaurants (touristy but convenient). There's a weekly parking ramp DIRECTLY across the street. We booked for parking with in/out privileges for a huge savings . pmsiparking.com Can't beat that. Works great for small suvs or cars. Kinda tight for a bigger truck. 6'4" clearance. We booked the 3 BR 2 BA apartment. We're impressed by how nicely done and clean it was. Each room and livingroom had it's own AC unit. Kinda have to figure out how to use it when you get there. Once it's set it's great. Great Kichen area with Range, Oven, Microwave and Coffee maker. The Apt is reachable through the Bar entrance 24/7. They close up the bar after hours. You're given a 6 digit code that opens your Apt door, door to common hall and external building after hours. The Sonder app can open them but the external keypads work better with fingering than the app. Walls were fairly thin but neighbors on this trip were quite quiet. We did check out the small pool area. Looked like a great gathering place it was in July vs December. The area in general was fine. There were panhandlers and vagrants but they never bothered us.

We loved the apartment. Everything was nice. The only issue we had was the thermostats not working. After reaching out the issue was fixed and everything was fine

As a group of 5, we found the space clean and beds all very comfortable. The decor and dining furniture need to be updated and/or replaced. The dining chairs literally need repair as the backs fell apart. The location was excellent and lots of easy access to the French Quarter, restaurants, music and shopping. The service(texts)was great when we had any questions, fast and easy. The room could use extra pillow and a couch blanket for cooler nights. Overall the room was comfortable and fit our needs. Thank you.

My only complaint is the lack of soundproofing between units. Easy to hear snoring of a neighbor and also if the area outside the building is loud this will be easily conducted into your unit. Otherwise we loved the place.

Location and communication great. Layout good. Plumbing fixtures loose. Shower doors leak. Cheap, uncomfortable furniture throughout. Neighbors upstairs from us had a melee with screaming, abusive language, and a lot of crashing around, on our first night after midnight. With no desk staff or security, we didn't know how to address the issue. Entry through the first floor lounge was a weird vibe. People hanging out at all hours it was open. That felt unsecure as well. Might be a New Orleans thing.

The microwave stopped working but there was an immediate response on the app Chat and the was fixed. The number of bath linens was inadequte for a 3 bedrm. 5 person reservation, a chat brought more the next morning. On our 3rd and 4th night the upstairs apt. was very noisy. like someone , kids? running, banging well after 10:00 Pm quiet time. after midnight.one night. I was reluctant to report at the time fearing retribution (?) from the occupants. That is on me, so I would suggest other report this type of problem. The 3 bedroom 2 bath on the edge of the French quarter is hard to find and the cost was reasonable with a common area to spend time with the group.
