Wonderful place to stay! Walking distance to Nashville main strip. Food and drink availability conveniently located in hotel. Clean and friendly place to stay.

We got a corner suite. “Room for 5”, I have a family of five. There was a king bed and a twin size sofa bed. The third pack-n-play finally worked (I should’ve brought my own). They had no cots available and brought an air mattress that deflated within an hour. They had no others. I had to personally go buy an air mattress for my son. Amenities were pretty poor. Breakfast was pretty bare. We got down with 45 minutes left but they didn’t refill anything. That’s sad for kids who only judge hotels on breakfast. Valet staff were excellent, but parking was ridiculously expensive. $46/night and we had two vehicles. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend and won’t stay again.

Nice place. Well kept. Beds not all that comfortable. Pillows are not that great either. Hard to get a good night sleep. Hallways were noisy. Breakfast was okay. Maybe too many people that morning for staff to keep food available. Wasn’t anything special food wise. Sausage can out cold. Waffle station was doughy. Muffins looked fancy but were just okay. Only offers valet parking at $45’a night. It was a nice place with a really nice staff. Just not comfortable.

We really enjoyed this hotel for our New Years celebration visit. I think the large incidentals charge is a bit ridiculous though. I don’t understand why having our card on file is not enough.

The place was in a perfect location and the front desk people were amazing . The only downfalls was the male bartender on the Monday night we arrived was very unfriendly once he saw we were using a voucher drink that the hotel gave us I don’t know if why I tipped him good and the young lady in the coffee shop running the register on Tuesday morning was very rude . She was even arguing with the lady in the back in front of us . They were out of everything we asked for. She must of really hated her job. All the other people were great and the place of hotel was perfect….

The room would not cool down, there was limited and expensive parking options, no covered parking. Overall a good stay but would not stay at that location again.
