Like having code to enter main door and room. Great location close to Broadway. The bathroom didn't work. The floors were painted concrete. Piece of ceiling looked like going to fall.

Weather was 100 degrees outside and AC was not working. Communication sucked to get it fixed. The maintenance worker that was sent tried but had minimal resources. Did not offer a refund immediately, after several phone calls they offered a $400 USD refund but only refunded us $400 Canadian. Very frustrating. Good location.

Great stay in the dovetail, apartment was fantastic, easy to find and check in was simple. If I were to be picky, perhaps a better iron and more comfortable seating (party of 4 had only 2 comfortable seater sofa, the spare chairs were dining chairs, another sofa would be great and there is plenty of room for one. Bathrooms were amazing, great showers, (2 bathrooms in a 2 bedroom apartment). Kitchen had everything you needed, overall I’d give this apartment complet a 10/10.

Great stay, walking distance to Broadway. Clean apartment with everything you could need. Spacious. Easy contact free check in and easy to find room. Could have a more noticeable sign to the place, we may have struggled to initially find it our friends already being there but other than that it was perfect! Thank you!

The apartment was a good size and nicely decorated and with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The location is really good, with most of the things you need to see and do in Nashville within a 10-15 minute walk. I would love to come back to Nashville and I’d happily stay here again when I do.

We enjoyed staying at this property. There is construction in the area, but we were there on the weekend, so things were pretty quiet. I like the security and all the other guests that we met were nice. Convenient to Broadway, it was a 4 block walk to the upper side of Broadway. We came to go to Maneet Chauhan’s restaurant, Chauhan Ale and Masala House. Dinner was excellent and because it was my birthday, they gave us champagne and a small slice of cake. It was well worth the money with large portion size and delicious food. You do have to go down a flight of stairs to get to it, but it is a 10 minute walk. Room was clean and bed was ok. It was a platform bed and I have back trouble, so the morning was a little rough. TV has chromecast, so it you have a streaming service that has chromecast, you are good. If not, you have no TV. Everything in the kitchen worked except some of the outlets. We had 1 for coffee so it was ok. All in all, a good place to stay in Nashville.

We didn’t have many problems. When we got there there wasn’t a shower curtain in the bathroom. I messaged through the Sonder app and it was resolved while we were at dinner. So it was there when we got back. The only other problem was the electricity went out but it was a couple of blocks not just the building so that wasn’t a Sonder issue. It was nice and clean and great communication.

There is a lot of construction going on around the Sonder, so be ready for noise early. This is of course, no fault of the property.

The space was cute and had everything that we needed for our time at CMA Fest. It was walkable to Broadway And in a safe area. The downfall were that there is no parking here and not even a drop off area in the parking lot also, there is massive amount of construction going on around this property that is in the very beginning stages so I can imagine it will be happening for a long time. These were inconveniences, but the biggest problem is the retrofit air conditioners in the space do not produce nearly enough airflow for summertime temperatures. Thermostat will not go below 68° and cannot even keep up at 72°. It was quite warm, which is not what you want when you’ve been outdoors all day in the heat.

The property itself is great! The rooms are very clean and check in is easy. The only complaint isn’t really a complaint because they can’t do anything about it but there is construction going on around the property and it’s pretty loud every day except for Sunday, but it really wasn’t an issue. I would stay at this property again, and I plan to the next time I visit Nashville. Highly recommend!
