Quiet hide-away, close to downtown and airport!

This beautiful private suite is located in a quiet neighborhood, 7 minutes from the airport and 15 - 20 minutes from downtown and really just about anywhere . You an enjoy a run or walk through the friendly neighborhood before you start your day. We're close to 65, 24, 40, Briley and 440, there are many options to access exploration into the Nashville scene. If you want to just hang out, you can savor shared outdoor spaces, free wi-fi, and a smart TV.
The space
This suite is quiet, private and comfortable. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, with an orthopedic mattress and comfy pillows. There's a separate coffee/ breakfast area where can work or just grab a bite. The private bathroom is the best, great shower, heated towel bar and beautiful accommodations.

Guests enter through a private entrance with a keypad, right next to their parking.
Other things to note
The neighborhood is very safe feel free to take a walk or go for a run. Grocery store less than 2 miles away.

You can bring more than 2 people but you have to pay an additional fee. Remember that there is only ONE bed.

2024 Nashville Stay - Absolutely Wonderful!
We had a fabulous stay! This spot is within minutes from the airport and within about 20-25 minutes from most popular attractions and Downtown Nashville. The host was incredibly responsive and the place itself was spotless! We were charmed by the decor and the use of the space and didn't feel we lacked for anything we needed to feel safe and at home for our stay. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family staying in the area!

Pictures showed the main room having an open door going up a couple steps into another area, making it seem u had lots more room. That was not the case, that door was locked and zip tied shut. The “private outside area” was anything but private or organized. Lots of outdoor projects going on right by it making it anything but private.

This place was perfect for my boyfriends night away. We were on vacation for a week and decided to take a night just for us and hit Broadway. It was very clean and so very cute!!! Beautiful little getaway
This was the perfect place to stay for our little fam. Close to the airport and close enough to downtown without having to deal with the traffic. Host was super sweet and helpful and the place was really cute. Literal birds chirping, sun shining mornings on the porch. We didn’t want to leave!
