Cottage reeked of smoke and something else. Everything in cottage was cheap and shabby. Sand on furniture, in floor, etc. Only possible positive was location. My five year old epileptic son started having a reaction to the smell and we had to leave and find another place. Contacted Orbitz about a refund and they said property owner refused. DO NOT BOOK this property! You're better off pitching a tent on the beach than staying here.
Overall it was a nice place but it could use some upgrades. Ac did work well, mattress felt like a fold out couch and windows and door exterior could us a fresh coat of paint. I like the dispensers in bathroom and i liked the kitchen set up.
Like the other Kees property we used, this was adequate lodging with great beach access. It doesn’t look like the owners care to invest much in their property. But it was adequate for us for the one night we were there.
I rent two rooms. there are so many cockroaches and bugs in the rooms. the place is close to beach and shopping mall.
This property was exactly as billed. Not fancy. But very functional. I have two small kids - and it was perfect because they each had a separate nap space, no frills for them to break. Great price for 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, and surprisingly cozy couches. We’d stay again for a weekend for sure.
The room was totally what we were looking for. We needed a room for four people, near our friends' oceanside wedding. This gave us just enough space and was convenient to the beach.
Location was fabulous, out the door and a walkway over the dunes and you were there. Keys provides umbrellas and beach chairs free. First come first served, but other guests were reasonable about not hogging them. Great ice cream place across the street. We will come back for a longer visit next time. The room was adequate for our needs. We tried to cook, and found a lack of some utensils: a sharp knife to cut steak, long forks for turning steaks in oven, as well as serving utensils. Guests may want to bring their own.
location is wonderful. bathroom is small if you want to stand with your child and wash him.
We loved the place, but... please replace the beds. My bed was beyond horrible, and unfortunately, no sleep on vacation = ruined vacation.
Air conditioner needs to be bigger and bathroom needs an ehaust fan , other than that , Great Place , we liked it a lot . Would book again .
