Loved the area, right on the beach, easy check-in

It is located oceanfront but no view from any rooms due to the dunes. Pier is right next to the hotel. Parking ok & free. Room had essentials & was clean. I can't say much more than that. It was quiet & safe.

First room no a/c. Temperature was 94 Second room had a horrible smell

The motel is old and a little run down. The rooms were small (especially the bathrooms) but they were clean and ours looked like the photos from the website (just a little older). It is right on the beach. Central to all the sites. We had three rooms and they were all clean. No complaints here. Had a great time. Dog friendly.

Small, kinda of dated, full size beds tight for two people, parking was good, close to the beach

Friendly accommodating staff. Parking is a little tight but ok...in close proximity to fishing, beaches, and other OBX attractions.

It is a bargain priced (for the area) motel. Amenities are thin. Bathroom was extremely tight. Kids fit. But not most adults. Don't bring a full sized truck. Parking is extremely tight.

The bathroom & room are very small. But the price is a great value for the location. You are right on the beach. The room was clean and the staff friendly. It is also dog friendly, both beach and hotel. The hotel provided doggy bags to clean up after you pet which was a nice touch. It is located in a good section near everything. We would definitely stay again.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was okay for a night's stay, but I think I like a few more perks like a coffee pot and blow dryer. Also I had to stand on the arms of the chair to reach the controls for the room's air conditioner. Beach location by the pier was great.

The front desk isn't 24/7 but just call and the owner will be sure you can get into your room after hours. Quaint, great location, updates tasteful. Perfect for a quick overnight stay, or for a longer stay if you only use the room for sleeping and showering while playing on the Outer Banks!! Will stay again for sure!

I enjoyed the motel and how close we were to the beach the pier and walking distance to restaurants and other stores. I also enjoyed the pool definitely will stay again.

Pier next door makes great sunrise pics along with benches to sit & enjoy! Directly on beach is awesome to walk from room down walkway onto sand! Only negative was dirty shower curtain.
