One with two queen beds and a king bed in the master. This condo also has two full bathrooms - one with a luxurious Jacuzzi tub. The dining room and full kitchen with granite counter tops complete with dishwasher and washer / dryer. The living room comes with a queen size sofa bed to make sleeping arrangements a breeze. This room also comes with 3 TVs and 3 DVDs and free wireless internet.

Easy to check in. Clean property. Access to all pools was very easy and not a far walk. Pictures made it seem a little bigger than it actually is…But that didn’t stop us from enjoying the place. The bathrooms were very spacious and good water pressure. Close distance to the beach. Parking deck was right across the road and we didn’t mind the short walk. Would stay here again.

The room was rather dated and needs a good cleaning. Or a remodel. The walls were dirty, pillows on couch and chairs had stains, something was stuck on the chair (food?). The mattress needs to be replaced along with the worn pillows. I wish the room had more of a beach view than parking lot view. We did not use the pool or hot tub as it looked dirty as well. We will not be staying here again.

This unit is actually in the building next door (Palmetto) and the lobby is located on the 2nd floor. But we were able to check in at the other tower. Parking garage is across the street and convenient to get in and out of. Elevators all in working order with little to no wait times. The place was as pictured and clean upon arrival. Lots of space for our family of 4 to spread out. Loved all the windows and black out curtains for sleeping. The beds were comfy and the water pressure was good. There were plenty of linens in both bathrooms and 2 rolls of toilet paper each. I only cooked breakfast but it had what I needed to do that. (A roll of paper towels would have been nice but easy enough to go buy). Refrigerator and Ice maker worked well. Having a pantry was a bonus. The newer washing machine and dryer were great! (I only stay in places with in unit laundry). Due to allergies I prefer places without carpet so I liked the upgraded LVP flooring. And the balcony was a nice place to hang out. Overall this was a great stay.

Our family staid at Dunes while in town for my son's soccer tournament. The kids LOVED the waterpark in between games. It was hard to pull them away. Our room was spacious and comfortable for our stay. We hope to be back.

Beach getaway
We went during an early spring break for the weather was cool most of the week but the indoor amenities were a hit with the kids. In the last day we were there it warmed up enough to be at outdoor pools and the tiki bar was opened so that was nice! The room was equipped with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Staff came by and knocked on the door each day to see if you need towels or garbage to take out. View of ocean from the terrace was nice. Overall a great stay!

Overall the facility was good considering the off season - few water amenities were available. However the cleaning was sub-standard with bits of debris on the floors and carpets and sticky prints on the coffee maker and fridge door. The coffee maker was of extremely poor quality. One of the drawer fronts in the kitchen was broken and the diverter in the main bathroom shower was extremely hard to use and never opened fully. Clearly the unit was showing its age.
