I arrived at 2 o'clock, checked in and went to the water park. After 2 hours I did not receive a notification that my room was ready and contacted the manager. He said that the room was being prepared and that I would receive a text message soon. But an hour later I had not received it. I contacted the manager again and again he told me to wait a little longer, the SMS would arrive. I waited for several hours. My head was wet, my baby's head was wet too. It was cool in the lobby. I decided to cancel the hotel and go home. I contacted the manager again and it turned out that they entered my phone number incorrectly when checking in. I was shocked. I talked to the managers several times and no one checked my phone number. I was very upset and I just asked for my money back. But I was refused because only Expedia can return my money. But my booking is non-refundable. It was the worst experience. I will never return to this place again.
