Water park closed during our stay due a maintenance problem. After having explained to customer service that we have come for the waterpark and not for the hotel, that complimentary bowling game etc. is not relevant to us (we have come from overseas for the waterpark, not for bowling), Dillon the manager offered 50% refund on our stay and waiver of parking fees. We agreed and drove back to NYC. Since then we have not been able to receive the refund, hotel has been unresponsive when we approached directly and were not able to get a response through hotels.com either. Very disappointed that the Great Wolf Lodge does not stand behind its promises to its guests, feel like we were offered the refund just to get us to leave customer service and not bother them, with no intention to make it up to us.

One and done.

Not impressed. Water park closed. Very loud. "Balcony" was a step outside. No where to refill a water bottle. Alarm clock went off at 2 am. Definitely suggest Kalihari. Credit to the burgers at Fireside. And Imani at check in was great. Hotel is very geared toward young kids.

It was a pretty nice experience. The food was delicious, the hotel a bit outdated but they did go above and beyond to keep it organized and clean and the staff were pretty sweet and attentive so I would definitely come back.

If you’re looking for a good time with your family this is it… definitely helps you bond. Great amenities, caters to families, and this time around the experience was better than my last. Will be coming here again with a bigger group.
