Enjoyed our stay. 5 minute walk from metro if preferred but easy 30 minutes walk to Old Town. Hotel’s Italian Restaurant was very good for food & service on first night - very welcome on our first night. Bedroom and bathroom very comfortable although decor in room and corridors could do with a refurb. Staff very helpful & friendly. All said, would definitely stay again if back in Montreal.

My second 7 day stay at the SENS Hotel Montreal and I enjoy it so much. Wonderful, courteous staff, great accommodations, beautiful beds to sleep on and located in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood that is just blocks away from great shopping, Atwater Market, a subway station just 1 block south, Tim Hortons and the best breakfast chain Allo Mon Coco close by. Oh - and dog friendly!

Phone didn’t work in the room. It’s valet parking, and not cheap. On the final day we needed our vehicle early so we arranged the night before to have it out front of the hotel at 0630. When it was needed, it wasn’t there. Communication breakdown likely between shifts. For the cost of the service, better was expected.

All of the staff was very kind and everything was clean. My only complaint is that the air in the hotel room was really dry even when we didn’t have the heat turned on.

Overall experience was good except the car parking. Car parking is $38 per night which is way too much. Robert, one of the employee is amazing and was very kind to us. I will choose sense Hotel if I go there again.

I am so impressed with this hotel! The location is perfect, the restaurant in the hotel served delicious cocktails and a wonderful meal, the guest room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a great view and the best part was the staff especially Eileen at the front desk. Eileen was incredibly welcoming, professional and friendly. I’ve stayed at other hotels in downtown Montreal and would most definitely come back to this hotel.

The only issue I had was that the valet parking is on a 'first come first serve' basis. As it tugns out vsley parking was available and efficiently handled but would like to have known up front that parking was not reserved. Everything else about the hotel and services were excellent.
