Great hotel
Great hotel in walking distance to Montreal's main attraction. Spacious and clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is available. There is also a nice little coffee shop attached to the hotel.

We arrived in Montreal during icy rain during rush hour, and we couldn’t see a valet sign or unloading area. So we had to make a few laps around downtown before we finally called the front desk twice to figure it out. There was only one luggage trolley, and the front stairs made loading difficult. Then, once on our floor, there were 3 steps down to the row of rooms we were in, so we had to unload the trolley and cart everything to our room. We have been on a month long trip with a dog, so our belongings were a bit unorganized. We had hoped to be able to get a drink or bite to eat at the hotel, but no one was at the bar whenever we went. For a pet-friendly hotel, our room was small, too small to comfortably walk around the kennel. Most of the staff and younger valet were friendly. We simply would not choose to stay there again.

I got it for $120, so keep that in mind. Amazing value. Awesome room, awesome view of city from 5th floor. Bed was so comfy. Shower was amazing, gym was nice. Shower in gym is gorgeous. Had a very nice vibe. Def a 200-250 a night worth so it was a steal. Offseason midweek is always smart

The best bed that I have slept in a hotel in a long time! The rooms are all updated, modern, and clean. But the interior of the hotel could be upgraded, especially the carpe which is pretty old. It gives guests the wrong impression about the rooms which are really good. Location is great.

Reception staffs have been very welcoming, the special attention for our dog was great. We did not appreciate that the bar was closed most of the time and the no food policy in the lobby is not great either. Overall the hotel is really well located with underground parking.

No Room in the Garage
The trip was mostly good; However, my itinerary said this, “Free Valet Parking.” Hotel 10 says that no mater what it says on my itinerary, parking depends on availability. There was no room my first night, so I had to find my own parking and pay an additional $30. Additionally, the parking garage had limited hours, so I had to wait until 11 AM to get my car. The last 2 nights there was room for me, but they did not reimbursed me for the additional $30 that I had to pay.

Very nice and clean rooms. The bathroom was exceptional- modern and spacious. Parking Garage was a block up the street, a little inconvenient, but the hotel is great, cleaning staff did a really nice job on the rooms each day. Will stay here again for sure.

The hotel is modern and chic. Rooms are a decent size with housekeeping very efficient. That is where it stops. Upon check it the reception was cold, matter of fact and borderline unfriendly. Four our three days there we cannot recall getting a single smile from any staff member. It felt strange and if we were not wanted in the hotel. The buffet breakfast was tasty with lots of options. The manager of the restaurant was the best experience we had there, helpful and even gave suggestions on what to do in Montreal on such a short visit.

This hotel was wonderful. Just what we needed for a quick getaway…and the price was great. We were able to walk to all restaurants and attractions. I would definitely stay here again.
