This was a very nice hotel to stay in. It was convenient to walk in many directions. The pool, spa, sauna, and deck were very nice. Did not like the 8 o’clock am cleaning call. Nor the 830 not under the door to clean. Seems awful early to wake people up to clean. Also our room was not cleaned one day which we wouldn’t have minded if they told us, but then we needed to request more toilet paper since room wasn’t cleaned.

Room service passed early, we had ‘do not disturb ‘sign. So they slipped a note under the door asking us to call the front desk once we are ready to leave the room. We called the front desk on Wednesday 8/21/2024 at 9:30 AM and informed them that we are leaving the room so house cleaning can tidy the room. They promised they will. We came at 6 PM to a disheveled room, no room service was done, no clean towels, beds were not made. I called front desk again and I all I got was fresh towels. Very poor service. I would give them zero for service.

Underground parking is a great feature, but difficult to locate based on directions given by hotel staff. Room size and cleanliness were superb! Unfortunately, cable TV didn't seem to be working.

This hotel is modern and beautiful. The pictures online do not do it justice. The hotel is actually more beautiful than in the pictures. They really should consider upgrading their online pictures. The hotel is located in downtown Montreal and is a short walking distance to the Eaton center, St Catherine Street entertainment district, old montreal, and chinatown. The hotel rooms were spotless. The city views were amazing at night. The pool was on the top floor with amazing views. I was truly impressed.

Extremely convenient location! We walked in every direction and found wonderful parts of the city! Chinatown was just a short walk! The hotel is great but we had no hot water one day, and ran out of toilet paper another. Minor things that a phone call fixed.
