Spectacular setting and so much to do. We loved everything about our stay. Club Río offers a wonderful variety of activities on site for the whole family. Service was outstanding except for one waiter our first evening who seemed more intent on upselling than taking care of guests. Other than that, nothing but positive things to say about the rooms, staff, and entire experience!

The Springs Resort is positively phenomenal. Everything from the rooms, to the restaurants, to the service and the grounds were a 10. I would go back tomorrow!!! The views are unmatched and there are all sorts of wildlife creatures on the grounds (toucans, monkeys, sloths and wild turkeys).

The Springs Resort is a beautiful property with hot springs and laguna pools - all with beautiful views of the volcano. Our 3 kids loved the springs, the pools, and the slide! The play room with popcorn and the gym were also great! The shuttle and friendly staff made it easy to get around the property from our room to the main building where all of the pools were located. Added bonus was the washer and dryer on the first floor, which was so helpful as we had wet clothes from the excursions we took. This is our second time at The Springs, and will definitely stay here again when we return to Fortuna!

Excellent resort, very pampering and top notch service. Only downside is it feels a bit like being in the US, not CR but was a nice way to end our time traveling the country by car. Views of Arenal are amazing!!

La comida es muy buena, puedes pedir cualquier platillo de los restaurantes en otro restaurante, el servicio del personal es excelente, las aguas termales increíbles y el Club Rio que está en el hotel donde las actividades son de paga valen muchísimo la pena, hicimos tour de caballos, cuatrimotos y tubing y los 3 buenísimos los guías y el tiempo del tour, si tienes carro está a 15 minutos el parque ecológico, no es necesario llevar guía, la caminata es muy buena (no es plana) y a 20 min más de ahí está el Místico (en la entrada del Parque ecológico hablaron para reservarnos un guía en el Místico puentes colgantes en 3 hrs y ahí lo pagamos también, ese si vale la pena con guía porque llevan un telescopio y ves muchos animales increíbles). Creo que el hotel no es el más barato pero está muy bien ubicado para salir a explorar la zona y es excepcional para disfrutar del hotel, sus actividades, su comida y su vista, muchas gracias por todo!!
