S Hotel is in a great location, you step off the property and are standing on the Doctors Cave Beach. Pool is nice and they have DJ's, games (like Bingo) etc. Food at the restaurants is actually pretty good, dinner buffet wasn't bad. Breakfast and lunch are standard buffet you get pretty much anywhere. Room nice, big bathroom and you have a balcony where two people can sit comfortably. All in all it was really nice. The area right outside the property is typical Jamaican shops where locals try to talk you into going into their stores. We just told them "Don't need it, thanks" and they left us alone. At the hotel,service was pretty good overall.

We totally enjoyed our stay. Loved the hotel, all the staff are awesome. Our room was large and comfortable. The food could have been better, but it had great variety. We love long walks on the beach, but this a very short beach, so that was a letdown.

There are many positives about this hotel, including its location, tours, and excursions, and a wonderful spa. This said it was a noisiest hotel that we have ever stayed. Further, the staff is somewhat friendly, and most of the furniture needs to be replaced. How this hotel receives awards is beyond our imagination. And to top it off, the snorkeling and scuba diving is terrible.

Wanted a brief getaway from the snow and this was a fun time. Check-in was quick and was able to get into our room earlier. Loved the warm welcome and drink upon arrival. Easy to get to; only about 5 minutes from the airport. The room was spacious and the separate living room area was nice as well as the minibar. Restaurants, both the buffet and a la carte ones had great food and a nice variety. I really enjoyed the cafe, with a juice bar and pastries that you could access throughout the day. The concierge was helpful in booking me a dive trip. Easy access to the beach, and never had an issue getting lounge chairs. Both pools were also fun, with the bars right next to them. The drinks were large and delicious. There were a few things though I think could be improved. For one, the drink service on the beach is limited to just fruit and rum punch which is disappointing. They also won't allow you to bring food out there from the grill or order food out there which is limiting for people that just want to hangout on the beach all day. I also wish there were more activities as it was pretty minimal. The S Club was only open on Saturdays and sadly wasn't able to check it out so they could have it open a few more nights. Some of the restaurants were only open some nights which meant it was difficult to get reservations to them and I know there were a bunch of other guests that struggled to get into the restaurants. Overall though, it was a pleasant stay and a fun/relaxing time.

I love the S Hotel Montego Bay. This was our 2nd stay at the hotel. The art, food and vibe is on point. Love that it's adults-only, boutique and the staff makes the stay so easy and enjoyable. We'll be back.
