Fantastic however some breakfast items (e.g. the cinnamon buns) were already finished for the day when we went for breakfast at approx. 830-845. Breakfast is served until 10.

Great stay!
Hotel was fully booked when we arrived. Late arrival without notice on our part. Were upgraded to a suite for free. Smaller bed than originally reserved, but kitchenette with fridge, stove, sink, and coffee maker. Clean and comfortable room. Opaque curtains prevented morning light from waking us up. Breakfast room packed but ok if you do not mind eating breakfast at a stranger's side. Copious breakfast with nice selection. Staff allowed us to eat our own picknick on hotel terrace after checkout. Made a big difference for us. Great stay overall.

After checking in we found toilet was clogged and flooded in our suite. Didn’t get help from customer service. Used alternative unit toilet away from our unit. Very inconvenient. Breakfast was not up to standard and worth for the money. Don’t recommend at all.

Stayed 2 nights and it was a great location in the Village. Staff was perfectly bilingual in both English and French. Really pleasant and very helpful. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Dining room for breakfast was very small and huge lineups for food. However, there were lots of options and food was good. Only negative was only one elevator was working so wait times were long. I would definitely stay here again

Towels needed replacing as they were rough and thin, breakfast was all processed food, soap dispenser in washroom was empty, bathroom was very dated. Hotel was overpriced for what you paid. Parking should have been included. Staff seemed unfriendly at front desk upon checkout
